• The bed was so comfortable!

• The room was pretty clean.
• Not wireless internet had to wire up.

“Arriving at 8:00 pm it was too late to go somewhere else. I asked about coffee in the lobby no, wait until morning. I stepped over the construction debris and walked under the scaffolding to my room. There was standing water, piles of sand and mortar, although fairly clean worksite, definitely a worksite. The room did have a mini-microwave but no coffee. It appeared freshly painted although there was a significant hole in the carpet. I couldn't get online with the two available secure networks so I had to go to the office where he charged a $10 deposit for a cable. One day it appears it may be a 2 star or maybe if the restaurant is completed it could be a 3 - but not now, one star at best.”

• Location, easy to get to.
• Electrical outlet didn't work, shower wouldn't drain, holes in the bedspread, tears in carpet & furniture.

“I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were rather dirty with holes in the bedspread, furniture & carpet. The shower drain wouldn't work. Electrical outlet at sink didn't work. They tried to give us a smoking room calling it a non smoking room. There was a cleaned ashtray in the room and it smelled strongly of smoke. When told the desk clerk this, he argued with me saying that it was a nonsmoking room, and that someone must have just left the ashtray in there. They did finally give us a different room because I am allergic to smoke. I was very displeased with this room for the price I paid. This price was very outrageous for the low quality of this hotel.”

• The room was clean and large.
• It felt run down in a sketchy part of town and management was not friendly or attentive.

“The hotel did not appear to have modern amenities. It was if the present management purchased an old chain motel location and filled the old motel with whatever furniture they could get their hands on. The neighborhood did not feel safe with liquor stores and strip clubs in close proximity. Management was not friendly or attentive. The breakfast consisted of economy sized; orange flavored drinks most likely purchased at a discount wholesaler and burnt coffee. The air conditioners, for the most part, didn't have drainage tubes and the water emptied directly onto the sidewalks and doorways. I do not plan to return to the hotel. The remainder of our trip was much more enjoyable.”
