• Great staff, good public areas i.e. pool, sauna, exercise room.
• Could have been cheaper.

• Location, restaurant on premises, accommodating staff fridge and microwave in room.
• Pool inoperable in summer and very loud musical event till 2 am.

“Sufficient for our needs, but we would have liked to swim if we could.”

• The room was comfortable and breakfast buffet was great!
• We were in a non-smoking room and a smoking room was right next to us.

“This was a great place to stay. The staff was so friendly. They made us feel welcome. Our little one loved the indoor pool. The breakfast buffet was awesome. We also enjoyed being able to walk next door to lone star steakhouse. We will definitely stay here again. The only bad thing was we were in a non-smoking room and a smoking room was right next to us. We kept smelling cigarette smoke all night. Otherwise, it was great!”

• Respect and courtesy.
• Smoking on the "Non-Smoking" floor!

“The hotel is in an extremely nice location. Parking is limited due to its location, understood. But the smoking really hit a nerve as I was on the 4th floor, non-smoking room side and the hall was filled with smoke from smokers and I had to complain and was not ask to would I like to move to another room.”
