“The staff was very friendly and changed our room three times. The first room had a horrible smell and sheets with dirt on them. The second smelled strongly of peppermint cleanser and the TV was broken. Then we got an upgrade to a bigger room with a jacuzzi. That room seemed clean and everything worked (didn't try the jacuzzi though). The breakfast was very basic but you toast your bread and the breakfast room is sunny.”

• Nothing at all! Worst ever!
• Locations, workers, everything!

“Telephone number you had listed on your website and in the conformation that you send to each person is wrong. It's your responsibility to update your website, not the customer having to call 41 and find telephone books at gas stations to get the location and number. Hotel not marked by a big sign at all, considering it's about 100 feet behind a hill, behind another hotel.”

• Flat bottom sheets that did not stay tucked in, 2 burned out light bulbs,.

“It was fine. Not bad for the price and breakfast was sufficient. Good location for convenience-right near tons of restaurants and stores.”
