• Most comfortable I have ever slept in.
• Restaurant closed too early.

“Would definitely stay here again. Close to attractions, shopping, the bed was amazing, didn't want to get up because it was so comfortable.”

• Quiet, spacious and the staff is friendly.
• Expensive restaurant and internet access is $10 per day.

“The staff at this hotel was the best I've ever experienced. The bellman was awesome! He gave my kids cookies and always helped me with my shopping bags. Great experience with every staff member there!”

• The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to show me how to get around.
• The location was not the greatest. I had to drive a bit to get to the places I like to eat and shop.

“Pretty nice for a short getaway weekend. Extremely comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. The location was not the best. But overall a pretty good place to stay.”

• Buffet breakfast bar is very good!
• Dining room service is very slow also too long to bring ticket need training.

“I have owned restaurants in Birmingham and feel qualified to asses the good service from bad. The service in the dining has declined in the past year. Evidently training was not by professionals. I gave the staff a seven because the DR service. Registration staff and others rate a ten!”

• Staff very attentive, pretty and comfortable room
• Noisy guests next door and hallway.

“Very pretty, wish we could have spent more time. Indoor pool seemed small. Room was very comfortable and clean.”

“This hotel was just what we needed for the weekend. It was very nice, seemed to be in a safe location and was close to the Summit and convenient to other locations because it was near I-459.”
