• It was very convenient and right off the interstate.
• The entrance to the hotel appeared to be on the backside of the hotel. When you come into the entrance of the parking lot, it is the back of the hotel.

• The front desk employees were very nice.
• They did not have a lounge and the restaurant only served breakfast.

“This was a very nice and clean hotel.The room was nice clean and very quiet. The hotel only served breakfast in the restaurant and there was no lounge available. The hotel was not close to many places and if you bought things there they were sky high. I thought they should consider having a lounge and 3 meals in the restaurant.”

• The bed was comfortable.

• Had a problem. Staff was eager to correct and fix the situation.

“My room was placed in the middle of an adult sports group. They were hanging outside in the hall laughing and running in and out of the rooms. At 1:00 am, I went down to check out. The staff was very accommodating, persuaded me to stay and moved me to a quiet floor. Could not have asked for more from the front desk people.

• It was clean and had a couch. Something that is rare in hotels these days.
• The location was confusing and hard to get to.

• Clean and nice, lots of good restaurants nearby.
• Nothing, hotel was satisfactory in every way.

“Located about 7 miles from downtown on the perimeter road. Has an excellent breakfast buffet, with fresh cooked eggs and a nice selection of side dishes. The area is a major office park and Shopping District. Near-by are a wide selection of restaurants. We dined at the Greek restaurant across the street, the lamb was excellent. I think you will enjoy this hotel!”

• The price was wonderful!
• It was difficult to "see" the location once we were inside the business park (set back off road with a small sign that you could not see at first).

• Location was excellent, close to shopping and restaurants.
• The pool water was very cold, however the hot-tub was nice.

“Excellent hotel in a great location, right off the expressway, located in a Business District with shopping and restaurants near by. We stayed here on the way down to Florida and on the way back to Kentucky. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was a little cold, however the hot-tub was great. This hotel's staff at the front desk was awesome. They took care of my every need and was pleasant to speak with. I Great for a family with small kids as well.”

• Low ceilings, just another motel, small room.

“Clean, conveniently located. But it's just another type of mid-range motel. Rooms on the small side. Disturbed by the lack of knowledge about the procedure for using the safe deposit box. I was also shocked at the $10.95 per person breakfast buffet, I was expecting a freebie. Not up to standards as far as I'm concerned with the Marriott Brand.”

• Conveniently located. Well kept. Very clean. Firm mattress. Good TV.
• A little hard to find because the area is fairly dense but nevertheless conveniently located.

“Overall, adequate for our purposes as we were meeting our son at a "halfway" point. Room faced interstate so could hear traffic noise, but not too annoying. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants. Good place for business traveler to stay.”

• Bath tub / shower was dangerously slick.

“The Courtyard was just off HWY280 at the I-459 interchange very close to both the Summit and the Galleria. The hotel is very nice with a full service breakfast buffet not the usual donuts/cereal/toast you find at most hotels. The indoor pool and outdoor courtyard/patio were very well maintained. The hotel also had a very well stocked "mini market" in the lobby which is also fairly unusual. The room was large and very clean with high speed Internet access via a wired port on the desk. The only negative I found was the shower/tub was dangerously slick (but very clean). Overall I would highly recommend this property.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. When I called to report that I had left 2 pairs of shoes at checkout, personnel tracked them down and returned them at no charge. Close proximity to Edgar's Bakery and Taziki Cafe were a big plus in addition to being close to the Summit shopping area.”

• A group of teenage kids kept us awake half of the night.

“The hotel itself was nice. The room was comfortable and the amenities were adequate. However, a school group checked in when we were coming back from shopping. This group evidently did not have supervision on the floor we were staying on and they kept us up past midnight.”
