• Had a table coffee maker, fridge and micorwave.

• Office was a dump, sink & tub would not drain, stains on sheets.

“This hotel was more like a ghetto motel. The room has not been updated in at least 20 years. The tub leaked into the kitchen when taking a show. The sink bathroom sink took 30 min to drain after shaving. The bed sheets had stains on them. If it wouldn't of been midnight when we arrived, we would of definitely went somewhere else. This hotel is a dump, avoid at all cost.”

“Good hotel, clean, good location, but lowest on any amenities. Need to bring own pillows, worse than most. Great kitchen area worth looking into because of kitchen if stay is week or longer. TV small, limited channels.”

• Room was not clean candy wrappers on the floor, and used razor in the bathtub closure.

“Good location, good layout, room smelled and house keeping did very poor, work. Hotel chain needs to use some sort of quality control on the house keepers.”

• No breakfast.

• The only thing I can think of is that it had a refrigerator.
• It was dirty, the bare minimum we would have expected.

“This hotel looks like it is more meant for may be business travelers, or people staying by the week. It was dirty, not continental breakfast which is normal, the door would not latch very easily, and opened into the outdoors.”

• The room was filthy, and they changed rooms which was little bit better I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room.

“This hotel was awful. We had to switch rooms after bringing everything up 2 flights of stairs because the toilet wouldn't flush and there's no night maintenance person! The next room had cigarette holes in the comforter and smelled like mold. I can't believe how awful this hotel was.”

“Overall, the room was dirty. No shampoo or conditioner. No hair dryer. No chair. No cream for the coffee. Booked the room for 2 adults, room had only one bed. Staff switched to a room with two twin beds which was extremely cramped. Would not choose this facility again.”

• Front desk clerk made racist comments.

“The motel itself was fine and the man at the front desk was helpful. However, he made racist comments which were completely inappropriate. "Liberals can go to hell. They are just Coon Breeders." I don't think it was any accident that I didn't see a single black person at this facility.”

• The shower was excellent as was the comfy chair to sit in.
• The bed and pillows were hard.

“If you're looking for a base and won't have much time to spend in your room, this place is just fine. The kitchenette is convenient. The showerhead in the bathroom was wonderful! However the bed and pillows were hard. If I were going again, I'd definitely bring my own pillow.”

“I was not satisfied with this hotel experience. The staff could not find my reservation and provided terrible customer service. The staff could not transfer callers to my room - they were disconnected multiple times. Also, it was loud around the room. I did not feel safe.”

• Fast check-in with pleasant worker; also a very low price.
• Old rooms and furniture that felt dirty.

“The hotel was acceptable only because of the price; however, I chose a 2-star rating but feel I received a 1-star accommodation. I would pay more to receive an actual 2-star. The outside of the hotel is fine and located in a nice area; but the rooms have carpet, blankets, chairs, and tables with numerous stains and tears. Everything feels old and used and therefore it just felt dirty. I didn't want to walk around the room in my bare feet and that is what I would expect of the lowest rated lodgings not a 2-star.”

“Kitchen floor sticky, bathroom dirty, vent in bathroom covered with cobwebs (not a few - covered) light in work area not working, electrical outlet in work area not functioning, closet shelves hanging off the walls - (we fixed these ourselves) dishes in kitchen dirty, garbage collection in front of out door always full, and spilling over, sand cigarette ash container outside near steps (in front of our door) running over, sand spilled out. (Stayed that way for 4 days) Fire alarms were triggered on 3 separate occasions in the 4 days. No explanation as to why, when I asked why, clerk laughed and said, oh they went off again last night, I don't know why! I am still staying in the area for 14 more days; I had intended to extend my stay there if it was a pleasant experience. I would advise you to remove them from you list of options.”

• It had a small kitchen.
• No extras and it was small, it had a slight odor.

“This is more a motel than a hotel. Outside entrance, the room was quite small. There are no extras provided in the bathroom. Just soap. It did have a small kitchen with appliances and kitchenware. There is no front desk at night and you have to call a night man if you need help. My key didn't work when I got back to my room at midnight. It was freezing outside and I had to find that phone. He did show up quickly and let me in.”

• Disappointing cleanliness, smoke smell in non-smoking room, only one bed in room.

“It was not designed for the short (3-day) stay that we needed. Upon arrival, I requested a non-smoking room with two double beds. I was told that there were no two-bed rooms available at the time, and while disappointed, I understood because of the busy weekend and my request at arrival. We were given a nominally non-smoking room, but there was a strong odor of smoke pervading the room. We thought asking for a change would be too difficult, so we decided to live with it for the three days we were there. The bed and linens were clearly showing wear and needed to be replaced. There were hairs in the bathroom which indicated that it had not been cleaned properly. We discovered at 3 a.m. on two consecutive nights that the walls were not well insulated because we could hear someone entering the neighboring room and talking. We should not have been able to hear these sounds so clearly.”

“This was fine for my one night stay. It was a bit on the shabby side and needs updating and a power cleaning, but staff was very friendly and helpful. I would not stay for an extended period but it was ok for a night or two.”

“No elevator, no lobby, no conveniences at all, more like an efficiency apartment. Not for business or family travelers. Room was 3rd floor with no elevator, (I have a bad knee and ankle) no daily room cleanup, the gentlemen at check in did help get me a smaller room on the ground level.”

“Usually we choose 3 stars, but this time we had trouble finding a 3 star for a moderate price so thought we'd try 2 stars. Bad idea! Maybe it is just this property, but we found the room dirty (cheetah and plastic 6 pack holder under bed), saw cockroach on counter, the coffee pot didn't work, there was no TV remote, and the room was just was run down and poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. Very disappointing.”

• The location is good and free cable channels were nice.
• Roaches in the room (lots of them). Must not have been cleaned well.

“Hotel was not clean and was dated. Roach infested room. Had to be moved. Just moved us down the hall a few rooms. My husband had to spray the second room with roach/ant killer just in case the roaches spread into our room. Very unpleasant experience.”

• The bad rooms with only one bed.

“3rd floor, and no elevator. Later brought us a rolling bed, which was nice but didn't make up for the main problem. The quality of the hotel at most, one star for being relatively clean. On the plus side, it had a kitchen with fridge and microwave, and the shower was hot.”

• Dirty. Uncomfortable bed. Staff was not readily available.

“We arrived at the hotel after midnight and had to contact the front desk clerk by phone. She eventually came up front and gave us our key. We drove to our room, took our 18 month old and all of our stuff up 3 flights of stairs, and opened the door, only to find the TV on, the room trashed, and the bed unmade. We didn't stick around to see if someone else was in the room. We drove back to the front desk, called the clerk again, finally got a new room, and got our 18 month old into a dirty, nasty room by 1:30 AM. Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel.”

• There was a comfortable chair and the air conditioner was not too loud.
• Hard to find location, lack of parking near rooms, wireless didn't work.
