• Front desk was very helpful and friendly.
• Computer was not working. Pool not available.

“This hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. However, it is definitely off the beaten path and caters more to the meeting crowd. The pool is separate from the hotel and outside activities make the pool unusable by hotel guests at prime times for use by travelers.”

• The indoor pool.
• Hotel breakfast was under stocked.

“We were very happy with the hotel except the hotel pool was used by hotel and health club visitors didn't care for that fact.”

• The access to the pool and hot tub.
• The room was dirty and the water pressure was horrible.

“I overall liked the hotel but it was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and there was cobwebs every where. The bathroom in the pool area was never cleaned in the two days I was there. The chlorine was way to rich in the hot tub. It was so strong that it bleached my bathing suit!”

“Room was clean and big bathroom but shower pressure was horrible. Front desk clerk was friendly. Breakfast selection was not the best. Not very many eating establishments in the area.”

• Hotel was clean.
• Their staff was not competent. We had no room when we arrived.

“They overbooked we did not have a room until 9:00 that night and it was not the junior suite we requested.”

• The location to the activities was ideal.
• The staff was nonexistent at the desk. When they were at the desk they were rude to the customers. There was one person during check-in and checkout.

“I was not very happy with the hotel. The staff at the front desk was inefficient and rude. The phones were unattended. The check-in and out lines were 6 to 7 deep with one person on the desk as well as expected to answer phones. The night clerk was down right rude and short. The sheets had holes. The beds were well over worn/soft. The floors in the bathroom were dirty with mold in the corners. The breakfast tables in the lobby were always sticky and not clean at all. Overall, it was not a very good experience.”

• I liked the fact that it was centrally located and that it had a washer and dryer that worked.
• The shower head in our room did not work and the room smelled need to spray.

“I definitely would stay at this hotel again. The front desk needs to have more information on other activities in the area and maps on how to get there. I did not like the shower head in our room it did not have any pressure.”

• Exercise facility is great.
• Continental breakfast could be improved (one waffle maker).

“Accessibility is great, rooms should have double sinks (4 people in a room, hotel was clean and staff professional; the check-in time could be earlier than 4:00 p.m. and check-out later than 11:00 a.m. The pool and whirlpool was excellent! Since we were only there for one day I didn't notice if there was a restaurant or not.”

• It was clean and close to shopping and where we were going.
• The clerk at the check in desk asked three times where elevator was.

“Clean, lots to do for younger kids, however, staff not the most friendly people after you've been on the road for several hours.”

• Staff was friendly and worked the extra mile. Got us in early and let us have a little extra time at checkout.
• Wish I had been given the choice on smoking or nonsmoking.

“Nice hotel, easy access to Indiana beach. Liked that it was a newer hotel. Staff was helpful and welcoming.”

• The fitness center is great!
• They should extend the continental breakfast in the morning. After all, you are on vacation and want to sleep in, if possible.

“This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I have been very pleased with the amenities and service. I think the fitness center, sculptures, is a real bonus! It is a small but efficient fitness center that is far better than any hotel exercise room I have seen in the past, even the Hilton! I like the pool, whirlpool and sauna too. All is free to the guests of the hotel. They even have a spa that you can get facials and massages. Indiana beach is more for the kids but this hotel can make it a vacation/get away for adults too!”

• The hotel was clean and the best around the beach.
• I think they should have more then one person at desk. Wanted to ask question about room key and had to stand there cold and wet from being in the pool. I just left.

“I like the room and grandson, who is 4, loved the pool. Compared to other places around Indiana beach was the best overall. I lost car keys and called 3 times while at Indiana beach, finally they must have left message, because when got home the next day, hotel called to say they found keys. Hope I get them!”

• Junior Suite was great, breakfast was good.
• Roll out sofa bed looked used and unclean, our friends got a better rate for the same room.

“A nice, place to stay. Junior suite was nice and roomy ...sofa bed did not meet expectations with cleanliness. Breakfast was odd and so was pool - did not use athletic center.”

• Location of hotel was excellent.
• Hot tub did not work; staff was rude; beds not comfortable; did not turn on pool lights until after dark.

“The hotel location was very close to Indiana Beach; however, the staff was extremely rude. Also, the room needed to be cleaned better. We were given 2 towels and 1 wash cloth.”
