• The front desk personnel was extremely friendly, hotel was very clean and well stocked.

• Comfortable room and bed.
• Rude guest clerk.

“Good location in the middle of Brentwood. Facility was normal for suite class hotel. Weak internal amenities but comfortable room and bed. Everything was clean but service needs improvement. Rude desk clerks, expedite room cleaning which did not occur until late afternoon (stating rooms of guests who checked out had priority over those who remain).”

• The Atrium area was just beautiful. The sound of water falling and all the plants was relaxing.

• It was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable.
• The maid service was terrible. They didn't replace things or clean well.

“The hotel is very nice. It has the feel of a small Opryland Hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only complaint was that the maid service was terrible. They didn't replace the things they should (cups, shampoo, conditioner, lotion) also they did not put away iron and board or blankets. I have stayed at many hotels and am always grateful for the maid service so I leave them at least $5 per day as a tip. However, here I left nothing because they were awful.”

• Beautiful interior, all suites, huge bathroom
• Lighting, bedroom size, and unsecure doors

“Loved the hotel overall and would stay there again; however, the bathroom was huge but dark and the doors did not lock. Our 19-month old moved effortlessly through the bathroom and bedroom because the lever-style handles and the defective locks.”

• Size of room, coffee/creamer too! Balcony windows.
• Very small pool, beds were
  too small, desk person uptight.

“The room was really clean and large, it was awesome that we had a balcony with sliding glass doors, and windows that opened in the bedroom so we could have fresh air. The beds were extremely small, full size at best. We had to order a cot to make it more comfortable sleeping. The pool table was great bonus.”

• We were put in a room that was the farthest from the elevator. Breakfast was very expensive.

• The indoor ambiance was very nice. I wish we had had more time to take advantage of some of the ammenities.
• It was a little far removed from where we were planning on spending most of our time in Nashville. Parking was difficult if you arrived late.

“This Hilton is a beautifully mantained hotel with beautiful indoor decor and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay.”

• The staff was courteous and friendly and the rooms were immaculate.
• The only drawback - my wife and daughter thought the lighting was inadequate for putting on makeup.

“This hotel offers excellent customer service, immaculate rooms and lobby, and a wonderful location just outside of Downtown Nashville. This compares favorably to other highly-rated hotels I have stayed at in the Vanderbilt area. I was impressed at how nice everyone on the staff was towards me and my family.”

• Location was hard to find and parking near doors was tough.

• I liked having a sitting room, a kitchen and a TV in the bedroom and sitting room.
• I didn't like the spider under my daughter's pillow, nor the tombstone directly outside the window.

• The rooms were very spacious. The rooms were decorated very modern and were very nice.
• We arrived late at night and there was only one employee working, although he was very helpful.

“The hotel is very convenient to the highway and close to downtown 10min away. The rooms were very impressive in size and decorations. The staff was limited late at night, but very helpful and accommodating.”

• Fabulous decor and layout. Good location, having a suite was awesome especially with fridge & microwave.
• Would have preferred outdoor pool, parking was a slight issue.

• The room we had exceeded our expectations.
• The florescent eco-friendly lighting in the reading areas was not strong enough. Need to go one bulb size higher.

“The closeness of the nearby restaurants and shops was a plus and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel staff and the cleanliness were great. We will be back when we stay in Nashville.”

“This place was mainly rented out by transient workers by the week and was very unclean. There were men sitting out in the parking lot getting drunk. I didn't feel safe.”

• Maid service came at bad time: 4 pm one day and 9 am another.

“The overall hotel was beautiful. Great staff, wonderful rooms. Large suites. The only downside was the cleaning staff came at 4pm after our first night and then at 9 am on the morning we were to leave. Check out wasn't until 12 pm. It was a little annoying.”

• Parking was sort of limited, as I arrived in the middle of a down pour.

“Overall excellent! From the time I arrived at the desk, to the time I went back up to my room, every employee was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are great, I even took pictures of it! Highly recommended!”

• I loved the very spacious suite with large bathroom. The bed was very clean and like sleeping on a cloud.
• My five year old fell in the lobby on the steps, hit his head quite hard. He was upset and crying and no one came to ck to see if we needed anything.

“This is a wonderful hotel and the location is very quiet and peaceful. I felt very safe being a single parent with a special needs child.”

• Hotel room was nice size, clean. Friendly staff.
• The room decor was dark. That really is the only thing.

“Convenient location and easy to access from I65. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was wonderful! The lobby was warm and inviting. We traveled with another couple, and after returning from a night out we sat in the sitting area in the lobby and talked for awhile. The area was away from the main lobby and felt friendly and intimate. We would definitely stay at the Hilton Suites in Brentwood, TN again.”

• The suite was very large. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
• Nothing. It was all great!

“The Hilton suites were a surprising find. I was very pleased with the size of the suite. It had a comfortable work area, sitting area, large bedroom with king bed and a huge bathroom. All amenities were well thought out. The staff was very friendly and professional. It is a short distance to the heart of Brentwood shopping and business. I will definitely stay here again!”

• Attractive atrium.
• customer service, plastic covered the windows.

“While this is a nice hotel with nice rooms and an attractive atrium, I found both the desk staff and the wait staff in the restaurant to be effectively absent in their job. The job got done, but there was no customer interaction that made me feel the least bit welcomed. In addition, I have a fairly easy-going manner with things like that, but I was not impressed to say the least. I would stay again, but would look someplace else first.”
