• Directions on website were right on, restaurants near hotel were great.
• Called to request 2 double beds, person on phone very friendly and said it could not be for sure but apparently did not add to reservation.

“Woman at front desk was less than friendly; she was the only non friendly on the entire stay.”

• Close to interstate, shopping/restaurants nearby
• Excessive noise in hallway, kids slamming doors on Friday night.

“Courtyard is good value for price I paid on Priceline. Clean and everything in working order. Had a little fridge in room. Nice bed/comfortable sofa. Lobby has microwave. Staff is very helpful.Hotel does not offer free breakfast, but on-site restaurant has decent breakfast choices. They also server limited lunch (I didn't try any food in hotel).”

• I liked the small market in the lobby.
• The walls were a little thin.

“The room was clean and spacious. The service was very good. The bed was very comfortable with clean high quality linens. The bath towels/cloths were abundant and of quality. The furniture was well maintained and more than adequate. There was a small refrigerator in the room.”

• Staff was helpful and welcoming. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
• As far as we could tell, there was not wireless. There was internet access, but it was more trouble than usual.

“Great location, close to shopping and entertainment. Safe and easy to get to. Wide range of dining choices close by, even walking distance. Very nice staff.”

• The hotel was in a good area. The outside of the hotel was clean and neat.
• The TV's that in the rooms are the old anlog sets.

“When shopping for a hotel the web showed the rooms to have a couch in them, it did not. The first room that we were given did not even have a bathtub in it. When we asked to be move to a room with a bathtub the lady at the front counter was rude.”

• Location.
• No wireless internet.

“Decent property near restaurants and stores. Convenient to downtown Nashville. Prefer hotel that offers complimentary breakfast. Hotel right next to Macdonald's where most people went for breakfast. No wireless internet.”

• Location.
• Room was small.

“After checking in and getting settled we found the refrigerator inoperative. We had to relocate to another room. We found the hotel had not been updated. The room technology was outdated. The TV was old and cumbersome. There was no way to hook up a DVD player or video camera to the TV to view.”

• We enjoyed the exercise room, the hot tub and the use of the computer.
• I ask about a room with 2 double beds and was told they were sold out. Did not appear sold out.

• Very busy parking lot outside of room, no privacy.

“Good location, great beds, nice linens, clean, great staff. Try to get an inside room by pool ours was looking at busy parking lot no privacy. Internet free but not wireless.”

• The hotel was completely non smoking and very clean and comfortable.
• The mattress was a little too soft.

“This was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. I loved the fact the whole hotel was none smoking. The location is convenient to Nashville, as it was a short drive to everything that we wanted to see. There is a lot of convenient shopping and dining around the area as well. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.”

• I found the restaurant breakfast price too high for the type/quality of food.

• I loved the gazebo and the location is great.
• Needs blankets, not only sheets for warmth.

“Our visit was enjoyable in this very clean, very attractive hotel. We used only a few of the amenities, but we plan on returning in future. Unlike some hotels we have stayed at in busy locales, this one was very quiet and relaxing. We felt extra secure thanks to the safety precautions taken by the hotel to protect their guests, but never felt unwelcome or at risk. This was one non-smoking room that truly was non-smoking! What a relief not to have to endure someone's stale smoke smell!”

• Power failure a couple of times - no emergency lighting in the rooms

• Everything was just perfect.

“The hotel was very easy to find after we exited from the interstate. We were pleased to find that the staff were expecting us and welcomed us to the establishment. They were very polite and answered all of the questions we had with undivided attention.”

• The breakfast was too expensive. I thought it was contintental.

“The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Restaurants nearby are high quality national chain restaurants, with plenty of other choices nearby. I highly recommend it.”
