• It was as nice, if not nicer than many upscale condo's I have been in. Was not expecting the spacious room, and
  all the immenities for the price!
• Wasn't crazy that the doors opened to the outside.

“All in all, most excellent hotel! I would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends. The room was spotlessly clean. Very spacious and comfortable. The view from my room was beautiful. My only regret was that my stay was only one night!”

• Finding the hotel was difficult.

• Location, cleanliness, breakfast all are great.

“Beautiful location in the southern part of Nashville, among many attractive buildings and businesses. Staff was great. Breakfast was great and the room was most comfortable.”

• Management is poorly trained and cannot take responsibility for their mistakes.

“I recently stayed here on a trip for with members of my company. The management staff was unknowledgeable and did not deliver on promises. I would stay here again, if they changed management.”

• The hotel had picnic tables and large grassy areas available.
• The floor/ceiling between rooms is paper thin/ loud neighbors.

“The hotel was nice, not family friendly though. We had an upstairs neighbor that came in at midnight, and got up at 4.30 am. The floor/ceiling between the rooms was paper thin and it was extremely loud. We traveled with our 16 month old son, and every time the person came/left/rolled over, it woke up our son. I will not stay at another Residence Inn if I travel with my son and I will not stay on the ground floor again.”

• Location was nice.
• Only 1 bed with a pull out sofa. Both not comfortable.

• The breakfast had a nice variety.
• The room was not very quiet.

“The location was good for our Nashville visit, also a nice area to walk around. The breakfast was a nice break from the usual hotel "included" breakfast. Room was clean, nothing special, though it was not very quiet. We would stay here again if we were in the area, but would request a different room.”

• Close to restaurants.
• Beds were awful; sagging in the middle, old.

“The pool is outside, so if you are traveling with kids and its not summer, I would not recommend it. Great for business travelers, free internet, but beds were uncomfortable.”

• The breakfast was great - eggs, potatoes, waffles, etc.
• The internet service was slow and did not work at times.

“The hotel room was spacious and had everything needed in the kitchen. The fireplace is a nice touch even though it was too warm to use it one this stay.”

• Very impressed with ALL the amenities it offered. Full kitchen, oversized room, snacks. We will stay again.

“We were very impressed with the oversized room and all it included, full kitchen, living room area, queen bed and more. It was lovely and we look forward to returning. The staff was wonderful. It was a very nice get-a-way.”

• The suites were very roomy, decorated nicely
• No mattress pad on bed ,bottom sheet very thin.

“This was an excellent choice--completely refurbished room, delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, even soft drinks! Breakfast hostess and man at front desk were both friendly and helpful. Good location, too!”
