• Large bathroom, able to accommodate two people.
• Bed and pillows were not comfortable.

“This hotel was a nice looking hotel and was very clean and in a good location with easy freeway access. It was in a business area, but yet close enough to residential shopping and restaurants. The beds were not very comfortable and by the morning my back hurt. Service was good and they promptly came to our room to take off pillow bedding since we requested foam. Did not eat at restaurant inside hotel and did not use pool facilities.”

• I needed a ride to the mall. The manager quickly obtained a driver to take me to the mall.
• No comment.

“I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.”

“I like the Marriott in Cool Springs. It is convenient. It delivers value when you book it for half-price. The bar is fun, with good local music (live) on Thursdays. The food is passable, but just a little could make it go further. (I spent $80 on a club sandwich, salad, and a bottle of wine, and it should have been pretty exciting for that.) I will go again.”

• Great location with nice restaurant and lounge.
• Only king left was in a handicap accessible room. Hand held shower was very week.

“This hotel was much more than we expected for the price. A very classy property. Staff was great. Great location for business or leisure travelers. Rooms were nice size. I found the beds to be a little too soft but the young lady at the front desk said everyone else she's spoken with just loved them. In short, we'd stay here again without giving it a second thought.”

• Having to pay for wireless internet!

“Overall, my experience was good, as would be expected of my stay at a Marriott. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. In the future, I would enjoy not having to pay extra for internet though. The room costs enough the way it is now.”

• Free wireless. Clean and new looking.
• Nothing negative to say.

“The hotel is in a convenient part of south Nashville in the Franklin area, across the interstate from the Galleria mall. The hotel offered me free internet access, and the rooms were very clean.”

• I loved the beds at the Marriott! They were so comfortable!
• The starbucks coffe did not taste like starbucks and the whirlpool was way too small!!!
