• Good location near shopping and a variety of restaurants.
• Very noisy hallways and bathroom. The walls seemed very thin.

“The hotel was in a good location, right off I-65. Overall it was average, nothing too special. The public areas were nice and classical. The room was clean and comfortable, but the walls seemed thin. You could hear every conversation in the hallway outside the room. The bathroom was also noisy, you could easily hear the occupants of the room next door.”

• Lounge/bar area romantic; great outdoor eating area.
• The pool water was way too cold. Hot tub needs a sign requesting 15 minute turns.

“We loved it. Beds so comfortable!!! Nice little store open 24 hours that we utilized. One family hogged the hot tub and we could never get in - it is small. Another couple was waiting as well. I think a sign hung over it or in plain view requesting people to limit their time to 15 minutes would be in order. Loved the Starbucks!”

• Comfortable Marriott bed and Marriott bath products.
• Worn out.

“Hotel lacks maintenance and overall management. A variety of simple systems did not work from shower head to TV remote. Quality of food on morning buffet was substandard. Yogurt was weeping showing it had been exposed to heat. Smoked salmon was trim waste rather than slices from fillet. Just on and on. Very surprising.”

• We were very impressed with the food bar. Very good and beautifully designed.
• The only thing that we wondered about was why the bathroom did not have a vent fan. Other than this, it was wonderful.

• Pleasant and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and bedding. quiet and service requests were prompt. Can't wait to go back.
• Sorry we have no negatives to report.

“We asked for a quiet room and it really was quiet. It far exceeded our expectations. We got top notch service. It is close to old town Franklin and lots of shopping and food.”

• It was lovely and very safe for two females alone.
• We liked everything about this hotel!

“My teenage daughter and I were shopping for a prom dress and needed a safe place to stay. We loved this hotel. The lobby was beautiful and smelled like a flower garden! We felt safe and secure at all times even when I needed to go back to the car for something. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was great. The food was well prepared and hot! We will stay here again!”

“Second time to stay here. Great location, near shopping and attractive neighborhoods for a morning run. Rooms clean, furniture a little worn but hotel is undertaking a renovation.”

“I have had the worst time with them trying to overcharge me. Also they were having a private party during my stay and there were at least 200 people using all of the services and there was no room to go out on the patio or use the bar.”

“Convenient to interstate and attractions including downtown Nashville, downtown Franklin with Civil War attractions, Grand Ole Opry, and Andrew Jackson residence The Hermitage. Restaurants and shopping also convenient. Hotel appears to be relatively new as are a lot of office and hotel facilities on same road.”

“This hotel had it all. The location, parking, room, dining, friendliness of staff. All were excellent. And, thought we didn't know why, we were put on the concierge floor and that allowed us added conveniences.”

• Large bathroom, able to accommodate two people.
• Bed and pillows were not comfortable.

“This hotel was a nice looking hotel and was very clean and in a good location with easy freeway access. It was in a business area, but yet close enough to residential shopping and restaurants. The beds were not very comfortable and by the morning my back hurt. Service was good and they promptly came to our room to take off pillow bedding since we requested foam. Did not eat at restaurant inside hotel and did not use pool facilities.”

“I like the Marriott in Cool Springs. It is convenient. It delivers value when you book it for half-price. The bar is fun, with good local music (live) on Thursdays. The food is passable, but just a little could make it go further. (I spent $80 on a club sandwich, salad, and a bottle of wine, and it should have been pretty exciting for that.) I will go again.”

• Only king left was in a handicap accessible room. Hand held shower was very week.

“This hotel was much more than we expected for the price. A very classy property. Staff was great. Great location for business or leisure travelers. Rooms were nice size. I found the beds to be a little too soft but the young lady at the front desk said everyone else she's spoken with just loved them. In short, we'd stay here again without giving it a second thought.”
