• The front desk staff was kind and helpful.
• Overall appearances were dingy and there was hair in the bath tub. Poor access to get to rooms based on hotel being built into hillside.

“General appearance in room was outdated and dark. Lobby was small--along with reception area for guests. Room was dingy and left an uncomfortable feeling upon entering. Found bath to be in need of updating and there was hair in the tub and not enough towels for our family to all shower. No coffee maker in room. This facility is located on a hillside and parking is up the hill behind the building and bags must be carried over a connecting bridge to get to room. Access to the guest reception area not convenient--must take stairs and walk outside to get to the main lobby and food area.”

• Conveniently close to downtown Birmingham.
• Noisy race fans kept me awake, hole in wall, ceiling in bathroom falling down.

“Staff great, rooms need repair, need to segregate partiers from people on business.”
