• Excellent location, easy to find, next to resturants and Meijer store
• Needs updating

“Ok, but one night was enough. Needs some updating, new comforter, curtains. You could tell they had be laundered too much. Seemed clean.”

• They had a very nice breakfast selection.
• Road Construction in front.

“Our stay was great except for the road construction that was going on out front. It made it very inconvenient to get to and from the hotel. As soon as it's cleared up I would recommend this hotel any night.”

• It was easy to find.
• Uncomfortable sleeping arrangements.

“Room was fairly clean, but not very comfortable sleeping arrangements. I would probably not choose to stay here again if I had a choice.”

• The swimming area.
• My son's TV remote didn't work when we got there at 11:00 pm but the staff finally fixed it.

• Easy access from interstate.
• It was a handicapped room and I wasn't asked if I wanted it or not.

“Nice room. the only beef I would have is it was a handicapped room and Im not handicapped.”

• A nice hotel with everything I expected but nothing exceptional.
• There was no coffee in the room but there was a coffee maker.

• Good quality for the money.
• People in the adjoining room were extremely rude.

“The hotel was clean and well maintained. I wouldn't have had any complaints at all if the folks in the adjoining room hadn't been party-happy until the wee hours. No busier than the hotel was, there should have been an empty 'buffer' room between all guests. There was no need to put anyone in adjoining rooms.”

• Fantastic location to visit Purdue University, friendly staff and quiet rooms.
• Pillows were misshapen and in varying degrees of being worn out.

“Spent two restful quiet nights in this hotel. My first stay with Baymont and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Another positive was in that there had been a snowstorm the first night and by morning the parking lots were cleaned and easy to get out of.”

• Pool and its surroundings were awesome, plenty of towels on hand.
• Beds very small and uncomfortable for 2 people.

“Very well maintained, clean, pool area very well organized, did not have to go ask for additional towels for swimming. Beds were less than adequate.”

• It was a very noisy hotel!

“The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. There was a funny smell in the room, though. The hotel seems to attract a lot of families with young children. We were on the first floor. There were many young children running and wrestling in the rooms above us. It was incredibly loud and very irritating after several hours.”

• Had a free paper and swinging pool.
• Dirty coffee pot, not enough towels, and kids running in hall.

“Had to wait five minutes for desk clerk who was away from desk. Kids running and playing in hall way during evening. Overall a so place to stay, but I would not choose it again.”

• They had a room available on a game weekend.
• The room smelled bad a little like urine.

“We have been staying at the Baymont 2 or three times a year over the last 8 or nine years. It is beginning to seem a little worn. The pillows are almost flat, the room had an unpleasant smell and the mattresses looked worn. We would prefer to stay at the same hotel every time we come, but because it is usually a game weekend, there are not always vacancies so we go elsewhere.”

• No towels at pool (3x), carpet/bedspread stained.

“Our room was right next to the office and the opening and closing of doors by the staff was loud and disruptive at night and early morning. The ice machine was against our bathroom wall which was loud too.”

“The hotel was clean, great staff, liked that it was off the main road. Very convenient to eating and shopping. Nice place. Indoor pool felt like an outdoor pool but water was warmer.”

• The location was close to Purdue University.
• Fire alarm went off three time during the night!!!

“The hotel was fine. I am very upset with your cancellation policy that does not spell out that you are not allowed to cancel just one night. No where does it state that, yet when I tried to cancel the last night I was told "No refund". Please show me where it states that in your cancellation policy?”

• Fabulous pool area and good variety of breakfast foods.
• The back of the property is easily confused with the front.

“It is a very nice hotel property. It is newer and has fresh landscaping and very well lit. My room had a small refrigerator and microwave in it, but I am not sure every room did. The location is set back a bit, so you have less noise and traffic from area businesses. There is large store just across the street (Meiers 24 hr.), so if you forgot something you can easily replace it.”

• Nice smallish pool with pretty glass atrium, great quality for the money.
• Weekday breakfast only served till 9am.. we got in late and would've preferred 9:30 or 10 am.

“Great value for the money, it has many of the amenities of a 2.5 star hotel (clean and new, pool, complimentary breakfast, etc.) for a one star price.”
