“The Suites offer nightly (Monday-Thursday) a wonderful evening meal in their dining area. Unfortunately for me, there were many big hungry men (from local construction crews) that were part of the socialization, and the main meal was wiped out 1/2 hour earlier than posted. I was a bit under the weather, and I became very (embarrassingly) overwhelmed and emotional as I referenced my disappointment with the staff. Being ill, I did not have the energy or resilience to go out for dinner or prepare it. The manager actually went out and bought me dinner and delivered it to my room, a brief moment later. This was not expected at all, and I was so touched. She provided me the full warm meal with a warm hug, and stated I understand, honey. You need to feel better. You sincerely won't find a more caring and awesome folks.”

• It had everything you could possibly need in a nicely laid out space.
• We got the handicapped room (the bathroom was odd).

• The rooms and extras were amazing!
• Construction to the only entrance to the hotel made things very difficult at times.

“Spacious rooms with everything anyone would need for a long or short trip including: full kitchen with pans, utensils, dishes, a dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, fridge and freezer. Huge bathroom and perfect size lounge area in room. Helpful and friendly staff. The best hotel I have ever stayed in!”

• Price was wonderful for the area and the options that the hotel had to offer.
• Right next to a 1 star hotel that had semi tractors parked in lot with the refrigerator running.

“This hotel is just off of the interstate and convenient to many restaurants. It is a wonderful place for the short term visitor with family that wants to have the convince of a kitchen as well as a pool. I live in the area and needed to stay there while I was in town. I would stay again and have told many friends about the great stay as well as the great price.”

• The room was large and spacious, very clean as well.
• When I called to request 2 beds the man I spoke to treated me like dirt.

“My experience with this hotel didn't start off too well. I then asked if they had a rollaway bed and again got a snotty "we are out of them tonight" as an answer. Once we arrived there were different staff on duty and they were much friendlier. When we got to the room it was beautiful and clean. Other than spending the night on the cramped couch I did like the hotel.”

“I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean and conveniently located to the highway. The staff was very friendly. The extras of breakfast and shuttle service were a plus.”

• Although I didn't bring mine, this hotel allowed pets.
• It was in an awkward location and a bit hard to find.

• Very spacious and nicely set up by housekeeping.
• The new rounded shower curtain is nice but the curtain was too short and I had to consciously keep it in the tub.

“It was about a 15 minute drive to W.L. and there appeared to be several hotels in West Lafayette.”

• Long walk to room and no hotel at end of halls.

• Overall nice and comfortable room, with couch, and kitchen.
• Had handicapped room. I didn't like the open shower - water went out to the floor and made it very slippery. Room was close the lobby- noisy.

• Restaurant would not cooperate with serving breakfast earlier.

“When this hotel was filled to capacity, they were not prepared to provide enough extra pillows, blankets, and could not serve the breakfast any earlier, when many of the guest had to leave before the 7am serve time, in order to be at the sport event. Would not cooperate with providing anything, when explained the situation.”

• We really loved the continental breakfast.
• The road construction nearby and the pool had too much chlorine in it.

“Conveniently located, this hotel is perfect for the traveler as well as businessperson since each room is equipped with a mini-kitchen stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes. Breakfast is served in the lobby where you can find an internet connection to check e-mail.”

• I love the suites in this hotel.
• It was an ok breakfast, but I stayed at a Comfort Suite In Des Moines, Iowa and the breakfast was fantastic, had warm cookies at check in and popcorn.

“In general, I love this hotel. It is a great place to stay. It is not really a romantic getaway, but a pleasant experience. Rooms are roomy. I love the suites, especially with younger grandchildren it was fabulous. They were comfortable as well and I like the cleanliness of this hotel.”

• Poor workout room, no onsite wireless help.

“We enjoyed our stay, staff was very nice and helpful, the room was in good shape and having the kitchenette was a big plus. The location is right off the expressway and close to college campus. The workout room was small, cold, and smelled of the pool chemicals. The equipment was in working order but out dated. The wireless system was confusing and the 1-800 tech support was unable to get either if our lap tops to work.”

• Check out was 12:00, at 11:30 our room key would not working.

“This is the third time staying at this hotel. We love it EXCEPT the last two times we stayed the check out was at 2:00 but by 11:15 to 11:30 our pass key would not work. This stay the maid let us into our room to finish getting our stuff.”

“This is a very comfortable hotel, with a wonderful full breakfast buffet. Rooms are large, with full kitchens and large baths. However, as with almost all modern hotels, the rooms need more light for work surfaces.”

• Frontage road access was not convenient to navigate with traffic construction.

• Comfortable, spacious room, friendly staff, good counter space in the bathroom.
• The A/C blasted a bit too loudly, and it could not be quieted.

“This hotel's rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. There is a comfortable sitting area with a sofa, coffee table and chair - not just a bed like a lot of hotel rooms. The bathroom is very spacious, with lots of counter space, and a great vanity area which allows two people to use the room at the same time. The bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!”
