• Very comfortable, and a secure location. Apartment - like style which made it feel much like being at home.
• The doors to the rooms were loud when they were shut.

“The rooms had plenty of room and were very comfortable. My son slept on the pullout and said that it was actually quite comfortable as well. The kitchen and sitting area was very nice and made being away from home, feel more like a home. The only glitch was with the housekeeping crew. One day they forgot to leave the right number of towels, and another day they took the bedding from the pullout, but forgot to leave the new bedding. The front desk staff was fantastic though. They promptly, and quickly, took care of us in both situations. The front desk staff was always very friendly and always went above and beyond.”

“The hotel was nice over all, but the people in the pool were very obnoxious and wouldn't let my kids swim. Staff did nothing about it.”

• Friendly staff that tried to accommodate.
• Air conditioning in room would not cool room.

“Pleasant staff and venue. Hallways somewhat narrow, cold, and not brightly lit. Our room was too warm because the AC was not working properly.”

• OUTSTANDING staff! Can't say enough good things about them. Courteous, professional & friendly!
• Leaky iron and dirty board cover ruined my pants...helpful staff fixed everything immediately!

“Professional, courteous & friendly staff is the main asset that this hotel boasts. Room and furnishings were both adequate. Not extremely nice, not particularly run down. Shower head and water pressure were both excellent. My stay went from average to excellent, not due to the facility itself, but rather due to the excellent people who work there. Thanks!”

• Very clean, good location.
• The staff seemed to lose track of a delivered package.

“The hotel was great as well as staff; however, I was waiting for a very important package that I paid extra money for to guarantee Friday delivery. I called down 3 times and each time the clerk said I did not have a package. when arriving home I checked with the company and UPS and the packaged was delivered and signed for before my first phone call to the front desk. This caused me to lose money as well as spend extra for delivery that I did not receive. This is very bad business especially when I'm a business traveler.”

“When I entered the lobby I found it clean and elegant. Checking in was a breeze. The hotel front desk personnel was very pleasant and took care of our every need. We arrive in our room to find a very spacious hotel room with more than we expected. The rooms were quiet so getting a good night sleep was not a problem. The hotel was also close to shopping.”
