• The food at breakfast was very good.
• The coffee was the worst I have had, including 34 yrs in the army.

“Nice and quiet. Room and bed were comfortable and well decorated. Plenty of good restaurants within one block. Too many illegal aliens working in housekeeping who didn't speak English.”

• The Jacuzzi bathtub!
• It was a little hot-ac was working but I like it a little cooler.

• Cleanliness was apparent.
• Unusually early cut-off time for Saturday buffet breakfast.

• Good breakfast, nice reception with room rate
• There is nothing I didn't like about this place.

“My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Carlton Suites in Birmingham, Alabama, last week and have reservations for next week also. It's in a great location close to lots of restaurants and retailers. It's close to UAB also. The hotel is clean, neat and attractive. The hot breakfast bar was very good, and the reception in the evening was friendly and enjoyable. The indoor pool and area is very neat and clean.”
