• It was clean.
• AC unit was noisy. Tub didn't drain very well.

“Hotel was in a convenient location, was clean and in good condition. We woke up too late for breakfast, but it's nice that this hotel offers more than cereal & toast. They have breakfast sandwiches too.”

• The front-desk personnel were very good. The continental breakfast was excellent.
• The hair in the bathroom floor was very unfortunate. The water in the shower was lukewarm at the most. The TV remote had no batteries.

“Basically, we were very pleased with the front-desk personnel most of all. The facility was reasonably well kept, but some details (little things, yaw know) were lacking to the point that we knew that not everyone shared the same level of pride in their work at the hotel. Overall, it was not all that bad a place to stay.”

• Great pool hours.
• The curtains in my room were only for design and did not close to block out the morning sun.

• Right next to Crispy Kreme!
• Very unfriendly staff and not very professional.

“We were traveling with a group of people, all of which had problems. They checked two different parties into our room, and never apologized. There were plumbing problems and no flexibility of a late checkout. We will not be staying again!”

“The staff accommodate us very well with a non-smoking room on the first floor. The room was adequate with good amenities. The continental breakfast was very extensive, and I appreciated the complimentary copy of USA Today.”

• Unfornately the problem took a little while to get authorization to go ahead to solve problem
