• Near Skopolos Restaurant.
• Old building and poorly trained staff.

“The hotel did not have my reservation in their computer, even though I had a copy of the confirmation of my credit card guaranteed reservation. The front desk staff was of no help, and the hotel was sold out. The carpet was old and dirty throughout the hotel. There is not a full-service American restaurant on the premises. I suggest that travelers find a different place to stay in Pensacola where they will not have the problems that I had.”

“These people are pathetic. No hot water for 4 days, they don't offer any compensation. Then they claim no liability for the bedbugs in the room. It is old and dirty, filthy carpet, plugs fall out of the wall sockets, entire hotel smells like curry. The maintenance manager himself told me that he thinks they should bulldoze the place! The only other establishment within 15 minutes is a gas station across the street. The fitness center is a joke, it has a broken treadmill and a bowflex that will fall on you if you try the pull-down feature. I would rather sleep in the car and shower at a truck stop.”

“The grounds where not kept up the grass was very over grown. The hall ways was dirty. No number was on my room door. Very messy place will not visit again.”

• Nasty. Could not determined if bathroom had been cleaned. Smell like a can of Raid. Growth in air conditioner.

“It was the most disgusting hotel experience I have ever had. Something looked like it was growing inside the air conditioner. I bought some cleaner to clean the bathroom because it was so nasty. Fecal matter was on the toilet, sink had dried spit on fixtures, bathtub backed up. Nasty. Something in a horror movie. It was a horrible experience!”

• Huge room. Great mattress, large bed. Great pool. Excellent continental breakfast & facilities.
• No microwave.

“Nice, clean, large rooms with very comfortable mattress and easy access to the nice pool from your own sliding glass door. Easy access off I-10 and then 15 min to beach. Great staff and an excellent continental breakfast facility.”

• The hotel is in a fairly good location. Easy drive to Pensacola Beach and restaurants.
• The breakfast was horrible. It was supposed to be continental. No donuts/Danishes. No fruit. No bagels. Just a bad hot breakfast. Tasted awful.

I was pleasantly surprised to see biscuits and gravy, but soon realized that it would have been much better to have a bagel instead. Worst breakfast ever.”

• The rooms are dark, and the carpet is old. No microwave.

“Overall great location for the Pensacola area. Great for overnight stays where appeal is not an importance. Great inside restaurant and bar.”

• Wonderful staff and wonderful rooms.
• Absolutely nothing.

“The hotel staff was excellent in accommodating my needs, very polite and extremely helpful. Never too busy to help out with simple things like; places to eat, local venues etc. The hotel was in an excellent spot with a great view of the bay and minutes from the gorgeous beaches. Hotel housekeeping kept my room in order everyday I stayed and everything was always in shape when I came in.”

• The Staff at the hotel was very polite.
• The rooms need to be updated, i.e. bathroom was old, dirty and door would not lock.

“Nothing fancy, but it met my needs. The furniture in the rooms was very nice, but the room needs repairs. Bathroom was very old, dirty (stains and soiled), door would not close and the toilet ran. Overall, it wasn't too bad, but with minimal renovations it would be a much nicer facility.”

“Hotel in nice location, very convenient to airport and mall. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast offered. I will defiantly go to Ramada bay view when traveling through Pensacola.”

• Hall way smells of smoke, generally not as clean as we expected.

• The location was pretty.
• The manager/supervisor was rude.

“Our stay was fine until Sunday morning when our door was beat down by the manager insisting we would have to pay because it was fifteen minutes until check out time. The clock in the room had not been adjusted for daylight savings time, and we were unaware that we were running slightly behind. When I explained the situation, I was replied to with a cold, "you're going to pay." we made it out on time. .”

“My family left early in the morning on our second day. When we returned to our room there was no tissue in the bathroom even though the maid had visited. We were told by the front desk that they did not have any bathroom tissue. We had to leave at night and purchase bathroom tissue.”

• It had a really nice court yard and a good breakfast.
• Hotel was run down, needed to be cleaned and repaired in certain cases and it had MOLD.

“The first room I was booked into had Mold, however the staff did move me to another room upon the complaint. 2nd room was still run down for the money I paid.”
