had to check in late
I arrived at almost 1:30 am and the office was close
I used the phone in the lobby and was greeted buy the over night laundry service
I explained to her that
I had booked the room and had already called ahead to tel them
I was going to be checking in late, she them open the door and check me and my guest in with no problems she was vary kind to us. Our room was nice and very clean we had a wonderful stay at this hotel
I would recommend it to anyone.”

• Stained carpets, room shabby, service minimal and not helpful.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless they were looking for extended stay amenities (e.g. kitchen) and would spend most of their time out from the hotel.”

• Front desk gave us wrong keys to both our rooms.

• The housekeeping staff were very friendly and one even snuck me an extra coffee when I asked.
• There was only one queen sized bed. My 2 daughters and I had to make it work. Oh, well.

• The staff, the kitchen, the price.
• It took a while to check in because no one's at the desk at night.

“This place is great. We got a wonderful price and more amenities than we ever thought. The place is quiet and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were staying in town because a family member is in the hospital. This place provided us with all the comforts of home and a great night's sleep so that we could be there for our loved one. Not only had that, but they all encouraged us through their prayers for our family.”

• Loved the fact it had a kitchen. Very convenient.
• They do not have room service for short stays.

“Location is not near the beach, but it is not a big city so the beach is all of 15 minutes away. The hotel does not refresh/clean your room if you stay less than 7 days which I was really disappointed by. Loved that is had a kitchen with all dishes and cookware. I was not a bad hotel at all and I would stay there again.”

• The staff was awesome. Liked the kitchen, very clean and cost efficient.
• The laundry room could be updated a little, needed more attention.

“I was very impressed with this hotel. I had a limited budget and having the kitchen included saved me a lot of money eating out. The appliances were good quality and clean, nice size refrigerator. I would definitely visit this location again.”

• 3 channels of Showtime and the kitchen.
• The bathroom vent let in disgusting cigarette smoke smell.

“I like the location of the hotel. Even though it's not the prettiest location, it is conveniently located off of Interstate 10 and across from the University Mall. I like the full kitchen facility in the room even though I didn't use it for my quick stay. I like that there's wireless internet available, but it would be great if it is free. I find the Extended Stay hotels good because of the 3 channels of Showtime. This is what I enjoyed the most at the hotel.”

• Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean facility.

• Conveniently located, clean, safe and affordable.
• For non-smoking rooms, cigarette smell comes in through the air vents in the bathroom.

“Was a good stay. The fan is not working. It brings in cigarette smell from other rooms.”

• Hated it.
• Old, smelly, no hair dryer, no shampoo etc. No amenities.

“Hated this hotel, would never stay again, felt unsafe, old smelly and dirty. Offered no amenities as far as grooming, shampoo, hair dryer etc, offered no room tidy or maid service. Felt like I was in an old college dorm room.”

• It had a coffee maker.
• Bad neighborhood, not clean, not a good value, no one came to clean the room for all three days.

“I was very disappointed in this hotel. The neighborhood was not good. The service was non-existent. The room was dirty. We had to have the sheets changed on our first night. No one came to clean the room on any of the three days we stayed. No one even asked if we needed anything. The value for the price was outrageous. I will never book at Extended Stay Hotels again.”
