• Location hard to find. Pet deposit unreasonable.

• The spacious room with a fireplace.
• There was not an indoor pool.

“This hotel provided us with a very spacious room with a small kitchen area as well. There was a nice sitting area with a cozy fireplace. We slept great with no disturbances. We only wished it had an indoor pool for our son to enjoy.”

• I would have expected to pay for more when I saw the beautiful room.
• Some of the building around it take away from the beauty of the hotel.

“For the price we paid, doing the pick your price. I expected an okay hotel, but this hotel was shocking.The customer service was more than excellent. They helped with directions, service, even finding a good seafood restaurant, and internet help. The room was clean, very spacious. The area was nice and quiet.”

• No toilet paper, bathtub wouldn't drain.

“The staff was helpful when we called to get directions. Although, when we called to ask for toilet paper, they said we would have to come down to the office to get it. It was late at night, and we were already for bed. Luckily there was a box of tissues in the room. Then when we showered, the water would not drain. Not appealing at all!”

• Walk right onto the beach!
• No shade spots to park under.

“I was unsure about staying at first because we have had unpleasant stays at this named hotel in the past, however this was a spotless room, friendly staff, and great location for our overnight stay.”

• Square footage large.
• Smell, bed, noise, A/C, location, inaccessible, dated decor and
  toilet.

“Disappointing - not 3 star. Smell - bug spray, Lysol, mildew. Bed - mattress worn out, cheap sheets and pillows, not changed for 4 days, wrinkled. Lots of noise from upstairs floors. Dated decor - 1 smaller TV. Toilet seat slid - bad in handicap room. Housekeeping - bathroom needed cleaning, paper on floor, towels stacked on counter not racked, beds not changed until special request on day 5. AC too hot then too cold. Front desk help varied.”

• Everything that we needed was already in the room for us.
• Didn't like the fact that the bathroom sink area didn't have a door.

“Overall, our stay at the Residence Inn in Pensacola, FL was very pleasurable. The staff was very friendly. We booked the room on Priceline and had absolutely no problems checking in or checking out. I would definitely recommend Priceline to family and friends.”

• Breakfast selection. Hot tub and pool. Kitchenette.
• Stairs to get to the room. Laundry location too far from room.

“Nice staff at every level. Well kept facilities. Quiet room, even though it was near the freeway. We'd stay there again.”

• The room was large, clean, felt as close to home as you can get!
• The ceiling was very thin, I was on the ground floor and the banging around upstairs was a little annoying at one point.

“I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean, really the only two things I need to know about a hotel.”

• The kitchen in the room.

• It had an excellent bed and lots of space; also a great continental breakfast!
• The room decor could use a facelift.

“Quiet and comfortable, with friendly staff and a convenient location if you're visiting family in Pensacola, this would be a good hotel for an extended stay. I would return here if possible, but wouldn't seek it out for a special or romantic stay--its extra space makes it a notch above basic but nothing about it puts it into the 'exceptional' category.”

• Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
• Not enough fruit available in lobby.

“I enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn in Pensacola FL. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and was able to relax when not at work. The staff was very friendly and their responses to needs were immediate. The atmosphere of the room was homey and I would recommend this hotel to any and all.”

• Rooms were very spacious and well appointed. Breakfast went way beyond usual continental fare. And staff was very friendly/helpful.
• The bed was just a little too soft for my liking, but everything else was great!

“This is an older residence inn, but it's clean and well maintained, and didn't really look or feel old at all. The rooms were more spacious than most of the newer residence inns, so the age of this property was actually a positive. Their breakfast spread was wonderful and went well beyond the usual continental fare, including some hot foods such as bacon and eggs. Also, the breakfast area was cleaner, more comfortable, and more spacious than most. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.”

• I liked the living area and breakfast.
• I would have liked a more extensive workout room with weights.

“Our stay was easy, convenient, and comfortable. The room was great with a seating area and very clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. I chose this star level for the breakfast, pool, and workout area. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, we didn't use the pool and the machines in the workout room were up to date and working. It would have been nice to have had weights as well.”
