• Allowing pets was the key to booking this room.

• Good location to beaches and other popular sites.
• Room service, room was not cleaned. Upon arrival, ice machine and washer dryer out of order.

“I would not recommend to a friend.”

• Inexpensive and friendly service.
• No elevator.

“The hotel was ok for the price, nothing special but clean and neat. Waffle house was next door for quick bites. Staff very friendly.”

• Checking out.
• Cockroaches, poorly functioning AC, green slime in the pool.

“The AC in the first room didn't work. They gave me a different room and the AC was hardly better. I killed at least six cockroaches and there were others that I couldn't get to including inside the alarm clock window. The two washing machines didn't work and ones drum was too foul to use anyway. The swimming pool had algae/slime/mildew all around the walls so much so that the water was green and you couldn't see through it.”

• The beds were comfortable.
• There were roaches in our room!

“While the staff was friendly, the breakfast was inadequate for children and highly lacking in nutritional value. There were roaches in our room that appeared at night. I was afraid that one would get in our beds. The pillows were flat also. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• Nothing is good. The dirtiest hotel I ever see.
• Dirty hotel.

“This is the most awful hotel. Dirty. No cleaning. The bed sheets are reused and with filth all over.”

• The fact that it was a place to sleep!
• The pool was very dirty and didn't clear until the day we left. The staff seemed flustered with the biz they got and were very slow in accommodating.

“I asked for extra pillows and extra bath towels. Their response was always to wait 30 minutes! We never received the things we asked for the whole stay! We had to go buy pillows at the local wall mart. I was very displeased! They seem not to care of the guest needs!”

• Clean and comfortable.
• Not enough towels and ice machine broken.

“It was nice and clean but, the front desk lady said that it was not ready at 2:00pm. The check-in time was at 2:00 pm. We didn't like the idea that we had to wait.”

• Nice pool and friendly staff.
• Numerous key card problems/entrances/exits.

“Very friendly. Continental breakfast minimal and short hours. Numerous key card problems. Had to switch rooms twice. Staff very helpful though.”

• Not one single thing about this was good or even close to good.
• No general service, no customer service, rooms were dirty, whole place was dirty, trash everywhere, staff very rude!

“The hotel smelled very bad, staff were very rude and inattentive, trash was every where no housekeeping to speak of, had to clean up room, hotel should be condemned was very old and out dated, everything about this hotel was bad, no security on any doors, just a very worst hotel I have ever seen and I've seen a lot I've been to the ghetto all over the US but this place took the cake, staff's rudeness did not help.”
