• The location was right near the base, which is exactly what I was looking for.
• The pool closed too early!

“This hotel is in a great location if you are looking to stay close to the base. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool looked very inviting, but it closes at 10 pm (too early!).”

• Quick to respond to problems, nice exterior and loved the bar next door.
• Initially kind of musty when got in room, but went away within the hour.

“Nice pool and a nice, open design. Windows out to walkway a little creepy - left my curtains drawn most days, but overall nice.”

• Nothing.
• Smelled like a wet dog.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Within the first three hours there the power went off in one room, we had to change rooms, and the smoke alarm went off in the other room. then, half our clothes came up gone after the maids came in. Not a nice place at all.”

• Large TVs.
• No elevator.

“While I enjoyed my rather quiet stay in what is normally a hectic Spring Break season, I was disappointed that I could very clearly hear the parties staying on all three sides of us. They weren't being loud, either. Paper thin walls. The room was pretty and comfortable, and for the rate, I can't complain. It was further out than I originally thought, and didn't think it was particularly close to NAS, which is something they tout.”

• Offered good selection of programming on television.
• Snobby clerks, place needed renovating, shabby.

“We paid way too much money for the quality of this motel. The night prior to coming to Pensacola, we stayed in Mobile, AL at an Extended Stay for only $45.00 and the room in Mobile was extremely clean and the staff very warm and welcoming. When we got to the room in Pensacola, my husband and I looked at each other and said, "We should have stayed in Mobile at the Extended Stay and commuted!"”

• Free drink, bathroom worked.
• Under construction, no elevator for third floor, builds in bad condition.

• Swimming pool was ok.
• I wanted and paid for a smoke free room, it smelled like cigarettes, it had an ash tray in the room.
