“Overall the hotel was acceptable. The housekeeping staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The night staff at the front desk was definitely second string. The room size was good as was the bathroom.” Aug 13, 2008 by
Marilyn from Atlanta, GA
“The hotel was clean enough, but we were led to believe we were minutes from Pen. Bch. where our son was marrying. More like 25 minutes from the beach. We are all tall and the bed quality left a lot to be desired. No fitted sheets and sheets used were not for queen-size bed. Instead of two queen pillows, 4 very small ones.” Aug 8, 2008 by

“I would recommend to friends and family.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 24, 2008 by

“This was a family vacation. The smell was horrible, the breakfast room was extremely small, we were there two nights and no matter what time we went we couldnt get a table. Also the kids couldnt use the pool because of others in the pool that were drinking beer and smoking! No one was watching the pool to even notice this! I was referred to this hotel from a previous guest who stayed there several years back, neither of us will be back!” Jul 12, 2008 by

“We were traveling with two small children for vacation (2 years and 2 months). The room was a fair size with the sofa bed tucked away. There was play room for the toddler. We borrowed a pack and play from the hotel. It was not clean on the top sides. If I had needed it for an older baby that could stand, I would not have used it. Since my baby was an infant, there was no chance she would touch the sides. We just used a sheet over the bottom. I was great we were able to borrow one instead of her having to share a bed with us. The breakfast was good. My only real complaint is that the sprinkler system went off at 4 am and it hit our AC unit. My toddler is terrified of storms/rain and this woke him up and sent him into hysterics, which then woke up my infant. So, needless to say, our day started early! I complained to the hotel attendant and she said several customers had complained but there had been no attempt to fix it to her knowledge. That was discouraging as this would have been an otherwise very good stay. I would still recommend this hotel - just maybe call to see if it has been fixed or stay on the 2nd floor!” Jul 9, 2008 by

“The hotel was great. I went with the family. Kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The day we checked out we put all of our beach towels in the dryer and with all the excitement of loading up we forgot them. Got all the way to Pensacola Beach and remembered them, so I called the front desk and the kind Lady went and got my towels and even folded them for me. I thought that was very thoughtful and I wanted to share it with everyone. I would most definitely stay here again!” Jul 8, 2008 by

“Ok in the place, few exceptions still can handle those; overall thumb up.” Jul 2, 2008 by

“This hotel did not meet my expectation of a 2 star hotel. The room dishes and coffee pot were not clean and the room was very dusty. The floor was dirty and left my socks black. The bed however, was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! I felt uncomfortable with my 3 young children (ages 6, 3, and 6 months) in the dirty environment with their allergy problems. We will not stay in anything less than a 3 star hotel ever again.” Jul 2, 2007 by
Margaret from Lantana, FL
“The hotel needs some updating. There was not enough room in the breakfast area for everyone to sit at tables. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the hotel price was high for the quality of room.” Jul 2, 2007 by
Michael from Casselberry, FL
“Overall good experience. Staff was helpful and cooperative. Breakfast was adequate. Room was nice enough, but had a faintly bad smell. Someone more sensitive would have had a problem.” Oct 20, 2006 by

“It was an OK hotel to spend the night in but it's nothing fancy. Way overpriced.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jun 27, 2006 by

“The hotel did not seem very clean. Our room was infested with ants & the bathroom (especially the tub) was not clean. We had to switch rooms because of the ant problem.” Mar 25, 2006 by

“This property is fairly new (built last couple of years) but is not well maintained. Has had heavy use since Hurricane Ivan. Spent two nights there.Internet does not work in all rooms. Second day had to leave in the middle of the night because of a noisy air conditioner in the room above us.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
