“The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The furniture in the room was outdated and needs to be renovated.” Jun 9, 2008 by
Jim from Hoover, AL
“For a business traveler traveling alone, this would be a good place to stay - clean, neat and comfortable for one, two could work. The morning breakfast and coffee is very nice. For a family (like we were) of 4 people, the one room was very small and cramped, especially the bath area when trying to get going in the morning.” Aug 12, 2007 by
Karen from Lubbock, TX
“Upon arriving at my room I noticed sections of the floor where wet (like they had just finished shampooing the carpet). I went down to the desk and asked if they had a plumbing problem in the room. While they said that they haven't, the man that seemed in charge stated that if I wasn't satisfied, I could let them know that I wasn't satisfied I could check out and go to another hotel as he did not have another room as per my original request. Being unfamiliar with the area and arriving somewhat later than I had planned, I also had no time to find another hotel. Upon returning to my room, some of the channels were very fuzzy while others where clear. The young man that did repairs came up and replaced the cable but this did not rectify the problem. He stated that he didn't have anymore TV's. Upon further inspection, there where pools of water under various items (i.e. the tray with the coffee maker). Also, this hotel stated that they offered high speed Internet I never could make the connection and tech support never returned my call. Some of the lights where out in the room and there was some problems with the latch on the door. Overall, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.” Aug 1, 2007 by
Ted from Valrico, FL
“The location of this hotel was somewhat travel friendly. The overall stay here was not nice. The hotel was being remodeled and all exits were closed with the exception of the main lobby, which was dusty and the desk employee never seemed to be available.” Jul 23, 2007 by
Jean from Lakeland, FL
“It was clean and convenient to interstate and restaurants at night.” Jul 10, 2007 by
Amanda from Millington, TN
“Close to the interstate, grocery store, and eating. Great shower, and very uncomfortable bed.” Jul 3, 2007 by
Mike from Universal City, TX
“Very good place to stay as long as you are not pulling anything with your car for the parking lot does not have much extra space.” Jun 1, 2007 by
Tim from N. Royalton, OH
“This is a great place to lodge if you need a place to sleep and shower. There was no tub, the room was tiny, the TV did not work, the Internet access did not work and I had trouble with my room key card. I feel all of these issues would have been addressed had I taken the time to address them because the staff was friendly and helpful.” Aug 15, 2006 by
Dawn from Diamondhead, MS
“The room was very clean and comfortable, we were spending most of our time at the beach and the room was perfect for that.” Feb 23, 2006 by
Richard from Cincinnati, OH
“Location to interstate was excellent.” Hotel Representatives:
