• Good location to shopping and the Radison theater.
• Dirty, room not a good value.

“Check was at 1 we arrived at 4 and room was not ready. Clearly by the empty lot they had rooms that were ready but did not give us one. We had to wait causing us not to be able to get dressed for dinner before our evening event we had tickets for. Toilet was broken and ran all night. We told the front desk moments after we got in the room. I was told "I hope you can sleep OK tonight." What kind of answer is that. When we returned after our evening out there was construction trucks with trailers taking up 15 to 20 parking slots. We had to park at the hotel next door and walk over to our hotel. In the morning when we left housekeeping was throwing the dirty linen over the balcony to a bin on the main floor. I would not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Aesthetically impressive.

“I was impressed when I entered the all-inclusive King room, finding it to be attractive, spacious, and clean. There were a few small disappointments, though, as I settled in. First, free Wi-Fi was part of the all inclusive package, but they were out of the complimentary Wi-Fi cards, so my only option was to pay nearly $8 for Wi-Fi and hope to be reimbursed. Also, the HBO channel guide was from August I stayed on Sept 5. Neither of these issues are deal breakers, just minor disappointments that kept me from being fully satisfied with the all inclusive room I was expecting.”

• The Hotel was filthy and if we had not already paid for it online we would have left immediately.
