• Comfortable bed, great breakfast.
• It was perfect.

“One of the best hotels in Chicago. Super location. Great room, nice little kitchen, bed was awesome, bathroom was huge, studio had sofa bed, even popcorn was left for us to make in the microwave.”

• Rooms were very nice.
• Elevators slow/not enough-breakfast staff chaotic.

“The room and bell staff were excellent. Hotel not equipped with enough elevators and takes a lot of time waiting. They offered light dinner, but was not put together very well. Breakfast was even worse, ran out of food, didn't replace and staff seemed very disorganized.”

• Despite good room & good location, price was a bit high.

“This is a good hotel very centrally located and I enjoyed my stay. But There are equally good hotels with spacious rooms at $50 - $70 less per night.”

• Friendly helpful staff. The extras i.e.. breakfast and welcome dinner.
• Don't have a bad thing to say.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great for a family with its full kitchen and separate bedroom. The full breakfast and welcome dinner was a great perk and a huge savings that we took full advantage of. My wife and I could not think of a bad thing to say about our stay. Even the pool water was warm which is rare.”

• The central location- near everything and the free dinner/breakfast.
• The rather expensive valet parking $35.00!

“The hotel was very nice, clean and in a great location. It was only a couple of blocks from the Magnificent mile and the riverboat tours.”

• Carpeting was coming up at doorway to BR.

• I liked the space we had in our room (s) and the convenient location to places we wanted to see.
• The lobby was a bit small and not real "warm" feeling.

• Very easy to check in and out.
• Valet parking only was kind of a hassle.

“Room was geared towards extended staying guest, while I was there for one night. It was walking distance to just about anywhere significant in Chicago. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Free HBO.”

• I enjoyed the room size and accommodations, and the service.
• I did not like the agent who checked us out. She was not rude, just not friendly.

• Location and the room size was very well maintained with a great view.

“I loved the location parking was a pain but once you park leave it because you do not need a car everything was within walking distance. The hotel room was very comfortable and I hope to stay there again.”

• The many perks: kitchen facilities, hot breakfast, gym access, rooftop pool.
• Nothing!

“This hotel was amazing, I got a king sized bed in a suite, in an unbeatable downtown location, with a view of the Wrigley building outside my 12th floor windows. The service was amazing all around, from housekeeping to the excellent breakfasts, which were also, somehow, included in the cost of the room. The use of the next door Crunch gym was also a perk, as was the pool on the top floor of the hotel itself.”

• Big, quiet, clean room & bed w/living room, full kitchen, perfect location & great lobby.
• $35parking, no spa pool, that's all.

“Excellent!! Perfect location with full kitchen, clean king bed, living room with desk, nice lobby, I think it's a 4-star hotel for 2-star price. Only thing is expensive parking but expected in downtown. Found a space with walk able distance.”

• The staff was exceptionally nice.
• Cost of valet parking.

“Our room was a king suite with two televisions. This worked out wonderfully, our son could watch his programs and my husband could watch his. There was a full kitchen and a large bathroom. Living room was narrow. Valet parking was an unexpected charge which added to the expense of our trip. However, the staff could not have been more professional. I would stay there again.”

“I really enjoyed staying at the Hilton Homewood Suites! It was less then a block to the train, the hotel staff were very helpful, the free breakfast was the best I have seen, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The high speed internet was very helpful to my travel needs. This was the best place I have stayed in a long time.”

• The free breakfast was very good. Much better than I expected.
• The carpeting in our room was a bit worn and needs to be replaced.

“Our staff at the Home wood Suites by Hilton was better than we had expected. The full kitchen and living room area were nice extras. The view of Chicago was also very nice. The breakfast was much better than expected. Lots of free fruit, homemade waffles and traditional breakfast food made for a great start to the day.”

• Pool on the 19th floor configuration of rooms size of bathroom breakfast.
• Parking.

“Great place for an overall wonderful experience downtown Chicago. Close to all the great sites including the Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park and Navy Pier. The free coffee bar was a welcome sight upon entering the hotel. We never left the hotel without a great steaming cup in our hands and the cold Chicago winter warranted this! Late check-out on New Year's Day was just what we needed! We will be back!”

• The beds were great and I liked the room atmosphere. Very comfortable, clean and modern.
• The complimentary breakfast wasn't adequate. Not prepared for the number of people attending.
