• Ice machine worked.
• Front desk un-accessible at night for health issue.

“Bed linens ruined my whole multi-night stay and no-one cared enough to remedy the situation, and did not seem the least bit concerned, and front desk was closed with no-one in attendance.”

• The hotel staff was courteous and professional and the room was large and exceptionally clean.
• The beds were too firm.

“My husband and I stayed at the Best Western in Danville because it was close to where he was working and we wanted to try the Beef House in Indiana. The hotel was convenient to the restaurant and to my husband's job. The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. The front desk called me after I had been there for an hour to make sure that my room was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. The room was quiet and quite large. I was very satisfied with this hotel and definitely would stay again! My only complaint was the the mattress was a little too firm and caused my husband's back to hurt. Other than that small fact we had a really good stay.”

• Free breakfast.
• 1st floor smelled funny; bad neighborhood.

“This is definitely not in a touristy area of town; the area is a little scary and depressing. The 1st floor had a funny smell (thankfully our room was on the 2nd floor), and everything seemed a little run down, some broken things here and there like the towel hooks in the bathroom.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• Overall filthy.

“The hotel is filthy small and does not have an elevator. The pool was not operational. I attempted to check out, was told I would be charged for the night that I did not stay. A hotel clerk said there were no rooms available. I was not able to return to my room because it was rented out, yet the hotel is attempting to charge me for the room.”

• The room and breakfast were excellent for the price.
• Hallways smelled like smoke, especially downstairs.
