• Free parking, great staff, good location, great time.
• Slow small elevators, small bathroom, rooms needs updating.

“We have stayed at this hotel for years and continue to go back. Rooms are on the small side, but very clean and staff is wonderful. The location is close to everything. Nothing fancy, but just love the place. We go back year after year. Free parking in a large city is a plus. Wonderful parking lot staff. Wonderful staff in every department. Helpful, polite, friendly. Deep dish pizza in on site restaurant is top notch. Nice Pool and love the deck outside. Wish it was open past 10:00 PM.”

• It was very close to the House Of Blues, Hard Rock & Rainforest Cafe.
• Parking was a bit weird. I liked it though.

“Hotel was friendly, good location, good dinning. Very comfortable beds. I loved the beds. Wireless was decently ok. Good hotel for the money.”

• Pool area was very nice. Room was very clean.
• Very loud, could hear people outside window & hall as if they were in your room with you.

“Overall nice hotel. Room was clean, albeit a little small, but for one night, it didn't matter. Pool area was very nice. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. We could hear people in the hallway and right outside the window talking as if they were in the room with us.”

• The location was excellent. It was easy to get to museums, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
• There were 2 sections to the hotel, and we had to jockey elevators to get to the pool. There was painting and other maintenance going on.

“The location to Downtown Chicago was excellent. We were able to bus to museums and Navy Pier. Parking was free, so we just left the car parked. The accommodations were only average. We couldn't take the elevator straight to the pool, we had to switch elevators on the 4th floor. Breakfast was good and economical.”

• Small rooms.

“Hotel met our expectations, convenient location. Rooms were small but clean, obviously an older hotel, could use some upgrades, but was perfectly adequate for what we needed. Would stay there again (staff was friendly and helpful).”

• Spacious room.
• Older hotel, linens & bedding terrible, too expensive.

“The only reason I stayed here for such outrageous rates was because there was nothing else available in Chicago. I'll never stay at this hotel again.”

• Lots to do in walking distance!
• The non-smoking room was not avail.

“The hotel was in a great area, lots to do in walking distant. I was there for a large conference and didn't get to do too much. The only real problem I had was that I was traveling with a coworker that I had just met. The room only had one bed and a pull-out. So it was awkward. It worked out fine but should not have had to go through it.”
