• Not much.
• Many things.

“The hotel room was dark; the beds were very close to the ground and uncomfortable. There were ants and spiders both living in the room.”

• The worst of the budget motels.
• There is no quiet room in this motel.

“This was the worst experience I've had at a Motel. There was a 24 hour postal-loading dock outside my window - banging and loud noises all night. When I asked to change my room the staff was particularly nasty. Even in the new room, all you hear is noise, doors shutting etc. I didn't get any sleep for my job interview. The worst of the worst!”

• Good price for the star level and convenient location to get to town.
• The lady at the front desk was not friendly. The hall way and the room have smell.

• The room was attractive.
• Our fresh towels were dirty and the room wasn't very clean.

“If the room would have been cleaner (dirty walls) and the towels (ground in dirt). I probably would have rated this hotel a lot better.”

• It's inexpensive price and locality to the Chicago area.
• The smell of the rooms was strong, and the smell dragged with me when I left.

“Very convenient and very decent pricing, considering it's location near Chicago. Highly recommended for anyone staying in the area -- it is still very clean and comfortable.”

• Free breakfast was tolerable.
• Response of front staff person to suggestions of problems.

“Smell of room gave us both sore throats and coughs. Steps were difficult and dangerous to use. Would never stay there again.”

• Best Super 8 I have stayed at!
• Nothing!

“I have stayed at many Super 8's but none comparable to this one. Extremely cozy! You feel like you are at home. The office is the most comfortable place to relax surf the net. The pictures are beautiful, but they do not do any justice. No problems whatsoever! Will definitely return. Very close to the mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. 4 stars!”

• Good price clean hotel and good location for my visit.
• The pool was out of order.

“This is exactly what you would expect of a Super 8. It's frill-free, but the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was good, the neighborhood was safe, and we got a good night's sleep. It's a one-star place, but it meets and exceeds one-star expectations in all areas. If I were doing a short stay again, I would go back here. I would also recommend it to my friends for short stays.”

• Bedroom and bath were very clean.
• Breakfast was not very good.

“Overall, the hotel is very clean and convenient, and it doesn't take us long to get highway (94, 90) and even downtown. I would recommend this hotel to friends.”

• It appeared to be tidy and clean.
• I did not like the fact that there were no elevators. We had to take stairs with luggage in tow.

“I would stay at this hotel again, if I were traveling late and needed only room overnight or possibly a couple of nights. One other dislike was the television had quite a bit of static at times. Overall it was okay, there were no major problems to concern us.”

• It was cheap and in the location I needed to park a truck.
• The hotel staff had difficulty communicating in English. The air conditioner didn't work.

“The hotel served my needs....a place that was convenient to park a moving truck in relation to where I needed to load furniture. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. The air conditioner did not work and when I said something to the front desk staff, they really didn't care.”

• I liked the fact that the rooms were extremely clean and the hotel is situated where there are a lot of stores and restaurants.
• There is not much I can say that I did not like.

“The service the rooms and the location of the hotel were perfect. It was a family oriented hotel which what I needed for this trip and everything was not far where we were (HWY, restaurants, shopping etc.) I would recommend this hotel to others.”
