• Very clean and updated.
• No free Wi-Fi - it was $15/day or something silly like that - I went down the street and used free Wi-Fi.

• Comfortable, clean rooms.

“This hotel is clean, comfortable, and a good price considering the location. The bathroom was clean, and rooms were updated. The restaurant on the first floor has a great breakfast, and good staff. I will go here again if in the area.”

• The shuttle bus between Hyatt Rosemont ans the Hyatt Regency.
• Major standing water in the parking ramp, not healthy.

“Everything was fine. Did not realize that there were two Hyatt's in Rosemeont. I registered at the Rosemont and my conference was at the Regency. Not a major problem, just surprised.”

• The room is spacious and comfortable.
• The staffs at the front desk when you check in.

“We were on the hotel elevator of the parking garage going to ground floor. The door wouldn't open after it stopped. The fire department had to come and get the door to open. When we checked in, the staffs were telling others that some kids were playing with the emergency call button and that's why the fire department is here. We explained to them that we were stuck in the elevator. The staffs just brush us off. We didn't receive any apology from the hotel for that experience. All other staffs at the hotel were friendly and nice except for the staffs at the check in front desk at night.”

“My son and I found this hotel to be very convenient to O'Hare and after a long trip of 1500 miles it was a great place to end our journey. The staff were helpful and the hotel facilities were upscale and very clean. I was disappointed I couldn't get a copy of my boarding pass without paying for it.”

• The fact that there was no swimming pool.

“The hotel was very nice and comfortable, I also like that fact that there was no charge for parking, the paking rates at some hotels are crazy I feel a guest of a hotel should not have to pay for parking. The hotel is in a good location and there is a lot of restaurants near by.”

• It was clean, that is about it.
• Staff messed up and did not seem to care. Did little to satisfy my disappointment.

“I would not go back to the hotel the way the staff treated me. They put me in another room that had a terrible view and offered me little to remedy the situation. I was not satisfied at all with the way they handled the situation.”

• Very first I liked is the name Hyatt, then I'm comfortable with the standard I expected.
• I'm not sure why there was no complimentary breakfast.

• Not many amenities within walking distance. i.e. restaurants.

“This hotel was exactly what we needed except for the fact that they do not offer park and fly. The parking garage is free only as long as you are staying at the hotel.”

“Normally, I like this hotel - although it is not a 3 star as claimed, most Courtyards are better. This trip was marked by discourteous/inefficient staff, a musty odor in the room and the common areas were not tidy.”

• The shuttle bus to & from the airport offered free ice cold bottled water. Small touch with a huge impact.
• At some point, our key did not open the door. We went to the front desk and the manager spoke down to us - demanding how many are in your party?

• Professionalism and friendly of staff. I home in bedroom was awesome.
• Business hotel. We were looking for a hotel with a pool for the kids.

“Probably one of the nicest hotels we stayed at. The staff helped us with finding local sites for the kids to visit and made some excellent recommendation. Restaurant was extremely nice, bartender was extremely friendly and talked football with us, which my wife and I love. Definitely will consider as a hotel for business stay in the future. Not for family (unless they install that pool).”

“Great hotel located a short distance from airport, lots of restaurants a short distance away. Nice bar in the lobby. Airport shuttle ran on time very efficiently. Didn't eat at the hotel but they had both a sit down restaurant and a counter where you could grab a quick bite. Would definitely stay there again.”

• Their service! We needed an extra bed and they changed the room for free!
• It would have been nice to have a pool, especially for the children.

“I was treated by all the staff I encountered like I was a VIP. When we picked up our grandkids and they needed a bed they brought up a rollaway. The next day they allowed us to change from a king suite to two queens. This did not affect my charges, and they even kept us on the same floor. When the power went out they explained the situation, and gave us a time when the power would be back on. I was impressed by their friendliness, and their professionalism.”

• This hotel has the most comfortable beds you will find anywhere.
• There's really nothing to dislike. No pool or hot tub maybe?

“This hotel met or exceeded all of the standards you would expect from a Hyatt hotel. Not to mention the fact that I have never slept on a more comfortable bed. I might call them up and try to find out where I can get one like it.”

• Very modern facilities, clean and new.
• Description said there was Internet access - There was, but it was not free. I had to sign up for a T-Mobile Hot Spot account for $10 per day.

“Very nice rooms, lobby and restaurant/bar area. Friendly and helpful staff. I was very disappointed that I had to pay $10 through T-Mobile for 24 hours of Internet access.”

• The new beds and pillows were the best part!
• Hotel restaurant was too expensive for the quality and type of the food.

“I am a flight attendant and therefore have stayed at many different hotels around the world. This one was definitely one of the better ones! The lobby and rooms were very welcoming and the Starbucks coffee bar was perfect for early mornings! The rooms were very fresh and clean and the beds were incredible!”

• Tram to other Hyatt to get within walking distance of subway.
• Beds are not as comfortable as I would have liked, no pool.
