• It was so nice that I did a lot of efforts to leave the cozy room and go to chicago for sightseeings.
• The soundproof might be a bit improved in order to suppress all noises from the highway.

“Clean and cozy. Not crowded. There was even a shuttle surface, though we dodn't use it. Nice parking place. Free WiFi is one of important things that I prefer to have when traveling.”

• The bed was very comfortable and the lobby was modern and inviting.
• The small room was arranged awkwardly. It was difficult to watch the TV from either the couch or the bed.

“Modern, upscale hotel geared toward the Chicago O'hare airport travellers that it most likely serves. The hotel's lobby featured electronic check-in kiosks for the airlines, and a large flatscreen display of the current departures and arrival updates. The staff was gracious and the room was comfortable. I could've done with a small fridge in the room, but that's a minor complaint. I would stay here again.”

• The convenience of the shuttle to the train station.
• There was only one night that was bad and it was someone who smoked and was not to.

• The hotel was very nice - recent improvements are great!
• To fully move into being a nicer hotel, slightly better service and amenities.

“The Courtyard Marriott has recently been upgraded to being a simple, but nice, almost luxury hotel. Good for business travelers or couples on the go. Nice, clean rooms; courtyard; pool and spa area.”

• Great location for park and drive to O'Hare, clean room, finishing remodeling while we where there.
• Need to remind 'park and ride' at check in to call for ride when returning to O'Hare for ride back to hotel.

“Nice location, easy to find, friendly staff, need to remind customer especially if it is first time for Park and Ride that need to call hotel for return trip to hotel when you arrive back at airport, waited 30 minutes for ride as signage in bus stated 'on the hour and every half hour'. Then called hotel and bus did arrive within 15 minutes of call.”

• It was spacious and pretty clean.
• The fact that it was packed the night I arrived and had to leave to another hotel and then come back.

• I liked that they had shuttle service to the train station.
• They were not always prompt in answering the telephone.

“The location was ideal for our early morning flight out of O'Hare and acceptable for jaunts into the loop. The room was fantastically appointed. The exercise room was convenient and clean.”

• Most of the rooms, but not ours, had balconies.
• We did not feel welcome and construction interfered.

• Very easy to get to and from Chicago as long as there's no traffic. Clean and nice.
• Far from dining and nightlife.

• The Jacuzzi and pool area were clean. Parking was free.
• No room service, under construction, awful breakfast.

“It is worse than what I expected for an extended stay type of hotel. No matter what there should have been more services offered especially in the food area. And there was absolutely no food offered on the weekend?!”

“I requested 2 rooms for my family with in-laws (>60 age) at 11:30PM they said that the hotel is overbooked and instead want me to move to another place which was 20 minutes away. When I went to the other place the front desk said that they didn't receive paper work though they verbally called them and I will have to get the paper work before checking in. By the time I could get them check me in and go to bed it was 1:30AM. Our morning program in Chicago got all messed up due to these trouble.”

“One time in Canada, I asked for a room with two beds, but I was assigned a room with only one bed when we are all four. They asked for more money for the room with two beds, which is ridiculous.”

• The hotel was very pleasant to stay at. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with a regard to my room.
• Did not really have any problems.

“We had an issue at check in. I had called ahead to request 2 beds, yet they claimed that request never took place and originally gave us a room with only 1 bed. I must say, I don't appreciate being called a liar by the hotel staff when I mentioned that I had indeed changed that original request.”

• A small refrigerator and a mirror in the room (not just the bathroom) would be nice.

• The shuttle, back and from the airport and the train station is convenient.
• The first night, the next door was very noise until 4 in the morning and it does not provide us with free breakfast.

“It is a good hotel in general and people are mostly friendly. The service is good and the shuttle service is convenient. One thing that a tourist probably won't like is that it is too far from Downtown Chicago and the only public transportation is the subway.”
