“While the suite appeared to be small, the accommodations were more than adequate. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. It was a pleasant experience to stay at this facility!”

“I will not use this hotel chain again. I was treated poorly over the phone and the gentleman, actually hung the phone up on me. My family had to wait in the lobby for 3 hours before they were allowed to check into the room.”

• Location. It was easy to find and near highways.
• Infrastructure construction made the entry to hotel a challenge.

“Beautiful lobby and atrium. Rooms had excessive wear and the shower head in the room barely dribbled. The beds were comfortable. The overall experience was not real positive.”

• One elevator located on opposite side of building.

“Fabulous! Loved it! Totally luxury. All down bedding made me feel as though I was sleeping on a cloud. Room layout large and spacious. Very private. Robes were cozy. In the distance I could see the Chicago city skyline.”

• The hotel itself is very beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful.
• The room air-conditioning very noisy, and pillows not comfortable.

“This is a beautiful hotel with large suites. The portion of the suite with the couch, TV, small kitchen area is very comfortable and free WiFi is convenient, but had some difficulty connecting. The bathroom shower head leaked and the lighting is very poor. The bedroom has a great vanity area, but with poor lighting. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were too plump and firm for my comfort. The highway was a little noisy, but the air conditioning system was very loud and high pitched and the cover vibrated.”

“We would not recommend this hotel to others as it was not as we had expected it to be. Very disappointed as we only became more disgusted the more we looked around at things that were in plain sight and were sickly dirty.”

• The rooms were a little small.

“I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very attractive. The rooms were nice but small; however that is not a big deal. This was not a long trip, but my husband and I would like to stay there again when we can spend more time at the hotel.”

• In reference to our 1 night in Milwaukee-Hilton. Most unsatisfactory, not clean.

“I can't say enough' good about the Wyndham suites; however our 1 night at the Hilton in downtown Milwaukee was very disappointing-found the room untidy-leftover soap in dishes & bad stains on the bedspread-I'd rate it a 2 star at best!”

• It was located in the midst of interesting communities and sites.
• I am hard pressed to say anything bad about this hotel.

“Even before I arrived at the Glenview Wyndham Suites, the staff was courteous and pleasant. They were even nicer when we arrived and the staff expressed a personal interest in our comfort. Directions were given without hesitation. I felt as if I was at home. I was able to sit in the lobby and enjoy the scenery and the staff would professionally go about their business and would casually converse when time permitted. I was truly impressed.”

• Convenient location/flat screen TV in living room.
• Pull out bed needed clean sheets slow to bring up.

“Upgrades and remodeling done since it was purchased by a new chain. Very nice decor. Housekeeping could have been a little better. Showers/bathrooms didn't receive the full extent of remodeling dollars. Very quick and convenient to the highway. Great value.”

• The front desk staff were helpful when I asked them questions. Our room overlooked the Atrium which was a big plus for me.
• The driving distance from our final destination was farther than expected.

“I would recommend this hotel to others due to the friendly and helpful staff. The grounds and the building look well taken care of. There are pop machines on every floor. There is a pool, as well as a whirlpool and sauna available. There is also a fitness room though no one in my party used it. The Atrium is set up with a huge gazebo-type structure, small water fountains and dim lighting. The rooms have ample space for four persons staying together.”

The hotel had plenty of amenities to choose from. We highly recommend the Wyndham Glenview Suites to anyone traveling to that area of Chicago.”

• Very clean and comfortable, loved the room .
• Location was not very good.

“It was great, all but the location was hard to get to and to get to any main highway was also difficult. It said 8 miles to Airport, but it meant 35 minutes, because you have to travel through town and about 1 thousand stoplights. The pool and fitness room were impressive, and it was all very kid friendly. The atrium was awesome and very nice to step out of your room and see the view of it and all the trees and plants, and fountains. Food was reasonably priced considering no hotel food is cheap, and breakfast was great.”

• These are very nice suites.
• The bathrooms were big, but not very impressive.

“These are very nice suites. They have a small living room area that includes a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and dining seating. There are televisions in both living and bedrooms and the bedroom area was very nice size with lots of windows. The staff made sure we had what we needed and was friendly. It is a beautiful hotel.”

• Friendly staff, the desk clerk went out of his way to get me a non-smoking room. He also gave me a voucher for a free breakfast.
• Although the hotel was quiet, my room faced the 294 Toll way.

“Great staff, clean room. Be sure to request a room that does not face the 294 Toll way.”

• We really Like the set up of the suite. We really enjoyed the room service.
• The management staff barged into our room while I was alone and just finish a shower,

“Continued from above.she greeted me naked, looking for an item left by a previous guest. That intrusion was folowed by a phone call and a soon after by the maid entering the room. As a guest it was a very uncomfortable situation.”
