• The room was clean and bright.
• Breakfast was to be until 10:00a.m., but by 9:00 the food was fairly well gone and there was not going to be any more put out.

“For the most of it, this hotel met our expectations. The hall noise was not buffered by the door very well. The room itself was comfortable and provided all that we needed for our stay.”

• Easy to check in/out, good continental breakfast.
• Smoking rooms too close to non-smoking rooms, the smell tends to drift over.

“The staff was friendly enough, the room was clean. The continental breakfast was okay (the selection wasn't huge, but it was definitely enough to fill you up). I don't think that it is a great place to stay if you have kids though. As far as I can tell there was no swimming pool (a big plus for kids). It also had just about the worst selection of cable television I've seen at a hotel, only around 20 channels, and none of them were really kid-friendly. It's a great place to stay if you are just passing through but I wouldn't plan an extended trip there.”

• Location and internet access.
• Freeway noise if you are on the back side of the hotel.

“Great location for my needs. Clean & comfortable with excellent internet access at No charge. Very reasonable price.”

• A clean, comfortable place for a very good price.
• Small, cramped bathroom.

“This hotel surpassed my expectations for a two-star place. Overall, it is a clean, comfortable, place at a very reasonable price. I was traveling with my wife, parents and nephew. The room was just big enough to accommodate us all including an inflatable twin size mattress on the floor. The bathroom though, was cramped, outdated and in need of renovations, but everything was clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was better than most but they ended it around 9:30 even though they said it was available until 10:30. In general this was a pleasant experience and I would use it again in the future.”

• Proximity to the site I was visiting.
• Could not keep reservation!

“Baymont could not keep the one night 2 room reservation. When I arrived only one room was available. Only to find out that I was billed for both rooms and could not get out of paying for the room I didn't use. Very disappointing.”

• Entire hotel smelled of smoke.

• We were on vacation. The staff was glad to share info about the area.
• It was about an hour ride into the city on the El train. Next time we will try to ride the Metro train.

“This clean, safe, quiet hotel has a good continental breakfast. Our light burned out and when we notified the front desk on our way outfit was repaired before we returned. Its location is a bit of a ride from the city, but worth it for the price.”

• Rundown, dirty, ugly, unsafe.

“This hotel is the pits. Don't stay here as rooms, lobby, corridors were filthy and rundown.”

• Everything was perfect - all expectations were met.
• I have no issues with my stay.

“Conveniently located to highway and O' Hare Airport is quiet suburbs. Building on older side but everything kept as nice as possible. I would recommend to anyone @ anytime.”

• easy access, good location, good price
• There was alcohol being consumed near front desk which probably contributed to an occurance between customers that resulted in police being called.

“Overall I have been quite satisfied with our stays. Last stay probably would have been better if customers weren't consuming alcohol around other customers.”
