“Great location. Decent restaurant 30 feet from front door.” Jul 26, 2008 by
Stacey from Cedar Springs, MI
“I will never stay at a Comfort inn again and will think hard before I stay at a Choice hotel. When we first got there the room was dirty. The girls that work for me called the manager and let him know that the room and the bathroom floor was dirty. He accused them of doing it and did not even apologies for the condition of the room. The next day we put the do not disturb sign in the key slot and they came in our rooms anyway. We stay in a hotel at least once a month and this was by far the worst experience of my life!” Jul 19, 2008 by
Miroslaw from Ottawa, ON CA
“Great stay, will be back for a third time soon!” May 22, 2008 by
Sandy from Royalton, MN
“Was nice but I order a queen size beds and I think that they were full and not queen.” Apr 9, 2008 by
John from Southaven, MS
“The front of the hotel was for parking at the restaurant, so you had to go around to the back to park and get in the hotel. The rooms were clean and the desk, along the maids were very friendly. Beds were not that good it caused my back to hurt. It is hard getting across the street into the parking lot, so you have to go down and turn around to be safe, and there was no security for parking lot, and I was told there was, and Im in Chicago!” Feb 17, 2008 by

“I like it very much.” Nov 19, 2007 by
Jules from San Bernardino, CA
“It is bright and cheery. The breakfast is more limited than most complimentary hotel breakfasts and items are not replenished very quickly. The hotel staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but was not familiar with what area codes were included in local telephone calls. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked intermittently making for a frustrating experience. Hotel staff suggested taking the computer to the lobby thereby eliminating the convenience of having Wi-Fi in the room altogether. It is not good for business travelers because of the flaky Wi-Fi and only one telephone in the room. The beds could have been firmer.” Nov 18, 2007 by
Jack from Daphne, AL
“Had we been booked for more than one night, we would have moved to other facilities. The rooms were very small, inadequate space for suitcases/clothing. The bathroom was extremely small and inconvenient. The "free Wi-Fi was not working, and the "pay by the minute" computers available would not print boarding passes. Eventually the clerk did print them for us but not before we made several unsuccessful attempts after seeking assistance. The parking was difficult and access to the roads very difficult.” Nov 6, 2007 by
Dean from Walled Lake, MI
“There is no way this hotel is a 2 1/2 star quality hotel. I can say this, having stayed in better 2 star hotels in the exact same area. This hotel was a joke. And I have pictures if anyone is interested.” Oct 28, 2007 by

“If you are simply looking for a cheap room with no consideration of comfort, this is your place. The staff was friendly but couldn't make up for an uncomfortable bed (and pillows) and the place smelled like a locker room. We should at least have a clean smelling, comfortable room.” Oct 8, 2007 by
Dale from Cantonment, FL
“Good for a moderately priced hotel.” Sep 17, 2007 by

“An older hotel but very clean. Our room was newly decorated with new carpet, paint, linens. Staff was very friendly and helpful.” Sep 14, 2007 by
Gary from Albuquerque, NM
“I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this motel. Completely happy except as noted above. Evening desk staff and shuttle drivers rude and inconsiderate. Had to call two or three times to get shuttle from Rosemont station. Clerks would argue that driver had already been there to pick me up, but that I was not there! How absurd. Why would anyone call and then not be there when shuttle arrived? Adam, the weekend daytime shuttle driver, and his wife at the desk were excellent customer service reps, as was employee who used her own vehicle to take me to the MTA station at one point because the driver preferred not to go because it was too near time to end his shift. Fran refused to take a tip for her services. The room was clean and comfortable. The manager was receptive and considerate. My overall experience was very good except as noted. Aside from the fact that it is so far from downtown Chicago, I would be happy to stay there anytime I go to Chicago. The MTA, however, is very convenient for getting one where one wants to go if there weren't such a problem with the shuttle from and to the motel. Also, tiffany's restaurant adjacent to the motel was excellent. Great food, friendly staff, great service.” Aug 22, 2007 by
George from Palmetto, FL
“The hotel is a nice hotel and I would stay there again even though there were no safes in the rooms and also parking is really tight as far as parking next to each other. I felt they should make a little more room to open your car door without worrying about dinking the other car next to you.” Aug 19, 2007 by
Brian from Peoria, IL
“My experience with this particular hotel was quite pleasant staff there were very helpful with assisting the needs of the patrons and made every effort to accommodate my wishes.” Aug 17, 2007 by
Bill from Imperial, MO
“Good for a one night stay. I wouldnt stay more than a couple of days though” Jul 27, 2007 by
Mary from Eau Claire, WI
“I really liked the fact that there weren't little children running all over and the stay was relaxing and pleasant.” Hotel Representatives:
