• Got another room quickly due to
  TV was
  not working.

“I got what I paid for. I stayed for two nights. The first room I had, the T.V. was not working properly. The hotel front desk gave me another room. The second room was a bit better. I was happy with that. I also did not like not having an elevator when our room was on the third floor.”

• Continental Breakfast.
• Rude Staff.

“This hotel was inexpensive, and it showed from rude staff to the unseemliness appearance of the room. The hotel staff was definitely the worst part of the hotel stay.”

• Staff was very courteous and friendly.
• There was no elevator, only stairs.

“This is a perfect hotel for someone who is basically just sleeping in it. I was on the third floor and there was 4 flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor and no elevator, so probably not good for someone who is disabled. Parking is kind of awkward but the facilities were clean, the staff friendly and is conveniently located close to the Naval base.”

• It was quiet.
• We were given a non- smoking room that smelled like a smoking room. When we arrived there was now one at the desk, we waited for 5-10 min.

“It was in need of updating. It did not feel clean. I was very glad we only stayed one night. We moved to a Radisson for the next two nights. I will not stay at this hotel again.”

• very rude hotel

“I never had help with finding the place. the front desk person was very rude and didn't like to tell me how to get there. only reason I was there is because I had reservation that she was going to charge in full amount. I will never return to this hotel and pay twice as much some where else. I called the manager but he is not seem to care about my stay.....its his loss.”
