• Spacious rooms with a mini kitchen. Free airport shuttle.
• Location, (Shouldn't be a problem if you have your own means of transportation).

“We stayed at the hotel for only a night. Surprised on find on arrival that the hotel has free dinner for guests on weekdays, along with free breakfast everyday. Parking is free too. Free internet both in rooms and in the lobby. Free shuttle to the airport. Spacious rooms, with decently equipped kitchen. All things considered a steal at Priceline rates.”

• Spacious, great amenities, and excellent service.
• Linens weren't great, and fitted sheet wouldn't stay in place.

“Lovely spaces the courtyard was especially nice. Our air conditioner was broken, but they fixed it immediately. The kitchen was well-stocked. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Free, close parking is a big plus for Rosemont, too. The hotel offered a free shuttle to our event, even though they weren't a convention hotel, that was unexpected, and very nice. The linens were not great, and the fitted sheet would not stay in place. There was no dresser or suitcase rack, but closet space was generous.”

• The suite had lots of space: it felt like a large studio apartment!

“I really liked the setup of the suite. I sat on the couch and did some work while half watching TV. There was enough space that at least three people could have comfortably shared the suite. It worked out great. I was on the first floor and it was really quiet.”

“Great rooms, with lots of space. Nice amenities and very close to the Allstate Arena. Good place to spend the night after seeing a concert!”

• Great staff and beautiful accommodations for a fair price.
• Location isn't choice for leisure travelers.

“If you're flying out of OHare or in the Rosemont area on business, this hotel is choice. But if you're heading into Chicago, it would definitely not be my first pick. By car or train (which requires a stop at OHare by shuttle first) you're looking at a 45 min to hour and a half commute, which totals a big waste of time. The hotel itself, however, is easy to find, spacious, clean, and well decorated, and the staff is some of the best Ive ever encountered.”

• It was really close to all state arena.
• Front desk staff didn't seem to know recreation in area.

• No restaurant in-house.

• Room initially given to us had a strong stink.

“Room given to us on the 1st night had a strong pungent musty odour to it. The hotel shuttle from the airport made us wait more than 1 hour on the 1st day and more than 1.5 hours on the 2nd day. On talking to other guests we realized thats a normal time frame as many others also had the same complaint. No apology was offered by the hotel staff.”

• Great for O'Hare stop-over, which this was. Liked having kitchen in room; staff did a good job with late night food order help.
• Great experience except staff gave vague directions on finding shuttle at O'Hare; it took four phone calls to connect.

“Convenient, well-suited to business, utilitarian accommodation level. Clean and up to date, but nothing fancy. Friendly staff who did all they could to help, but as I said needed to be more clear on shuttle connection instructions.”

• Nice hot tub in the room.
• The bed was too hard for my taste.

“The outside of the hotel is beautifully landscaped. The staff were friendly. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The exercise room could be a bit larger with more equipment. Overall, a great experience!”

• Very Bad experience all around
• 1.Very, very difficult to find hotel. 2. Carpet had a large bleach stain. 3. Did not have two double beds as requested..etc.

“Very Bad experience overall. I would not recommend this hotel at any costs.”
