  airport shuttle available even at 4 a.m.

• The rooms were spacious with microwave & refrigerator. Good layout.
• Unfriendly front desk lady.

“The room size & layout was excellent. But, before going to sleep (the children were already sleep), I found out that the toilet was broken. I told this to the front desk, they replaced my room, but on the process of moving I lost my hat. The front desk staff was rude, especially the chubby lady with white shirt. I was eating breakfast in the lounge room while watching TV, she took the remote from me, and started wiping my table while I was eating. They did not have any shampoo, gel, or pen in the rooms. I think this hotel would be excellent with good staff & management.”

• The hotel's location was good.
• The room was dirty and they didn't offer to do anything about it.

“The hotel was conveniently located. Upon entering the room, I noticed garbage on the floor. The window was open and couldn't be closed. The soap and a towel were used. There were no hangers. I called the office and was told they didn't have any other rooms available. They did have a stack of bedding available. On staying another night the room still wasn't clean.
”

“It is fine for the money. A fairly clean, modern place to crash. We asked a king size bed and got a queen. ”
