• Price.
• Location, cleanliness and less than happy staff.

“This hotel is near a treatment plant that spews stink into the air almost daily. The hotel was not very clean and the staff did not seem happy to be there. If you can put up with the smell of the surrounding area, and are not a clean freak, this hotel will do but I have stayed at much nicer Extended Stay America's. The one saving grace was a great BBQ place I found nearby called Joe's BBQ and Fish. Joe's was the highlight of my stay.”

“This hotel is near a treatment plant that produces a fowl smelling odor on a daily basis. The hotel is ok, but I have stayed at cleaner, nicer ESA's. If you can put up with the stink, it's not a bad deal for the price and there is a great BBQ place, Joe's, a few blocks away.”

• The kitchenette was so nice. We had food for a toddler, very convenient.

“This hotel is great for the business traveler or those traveling with young children. The kitchenette is perfect for storing breakfast food and the room with queen bed was roomy enough to provide comfortably for a Pack 'n' Play set up and a little lounging room.”

• The staff was so helpful and hospitable.
• No dish soap to do dishes, no big problem.

• The morning desk worker when I checked out.
• Microwave almost caught on fire, rude pm desk worker, only 1 pouch of coffee allowed and no hair dryer, rude pm staff.

“They were rude to us. Our microwave was defective and almost caught on fire and they tried to blame us and we were totally innocent and they said only 1 pouch of coffee allowed and I have never heard of this ever. They usually will allow you a 2nd pouch if you ask and tell them you like coffee when you arrive as well as the next am before you check out. There was no hair dryer which most basic hotels have and they were just rude to us. The am gal when we checked out was very nice and gave me another coffee and was very friendly. The am girl checked the records and assured me it was not charged which upset me when I checked in.”
