• Nice staff.
• The parking was terrible.

“Wish this hotel would not be a part of Priceline at this time since you do not have a choice on hotels. There was construction and was
very difficult to find where the parking ramp was. When they are during construction on the roads surrounding them, then they should not be a part of this program. If this was my first time using Priceline I would have probably never used it again.”

• Nice breakfast and great happy hour with complimentary drinks!
• The pool and workout room is right off the lobby making it not very private.

• Hot tub and pool, location.
• Room shape was odd and dark.

“Nice staff, comfy bed, free internet, pool and hot tub. free breakfast. We had an odd shaped room in which the window was way in a back corner, making it very dark.”

• It was very clean and I like the room and the pool and exercise room and breakfast was great also.
• I did not know that this hotel had bugs cause it looked so clean.

“The hotel was very nice and clean but when my mother and I went to bed my mom woke me up and the morning around 4 AM and said it is a bug and she got a shoe to hit him and she did not kill him he went back in the air condition vent. But I was unhappy about how the manager handled the situation he was just like oh ok and did not even come up stairs to see what was going on and I believe that was very poor customer service skills and that right there made my trip a little unpleasant.”

• Parking access was challenging but not a huge deal.

• The staff was very friendly, the location was convenient and the complimentary breakfast was better than most.
• The hallways were dreary and dark. My room smelled musty and smoky.

“For the purpose of my visit, this hotel was sufficient. I was in town for Summer fest, so the location was great, with easy access to the grounds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very nice.”

• We liked the location.
• The room was a little small and not very romantic. Pretty standard overall.

“The staff was friendly, the location was perfect downtown, and the continental breakfast was pretty decent, although they didn't change it up much in the three nights we were there.”

• It had good style. The people were friendly and very helpful.
• The size and depth of the pool were a little disappointing. But there was hardly anyone in there.

• Location in Milwaukee.
• There is not a vending area on each floor.

• Vending machines didn't exist, instead you purchased the stuff in the lobby, which was nice and environmentally friendly.
• Bathroom door was weird and had paint splotches all over it. Minor complaint.

“Well placed hotel particularly if you are going to something at the Pabst Theater. Oddly shaped halls were charming. Room was in good shape and it had a good movie rental system.”

• It was comfortable and the location was convenient.
• Rowdy guests who set off the fire alarm.

“The hotel was nice enough. It is in a good location in downtown Milwaukee. There were some problems with other guest staying there, but it was New Year's Eve and probably not the hotel's fault.”
