• Two rooms that were not made up were given to me.

• Location good for us. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
• Under construction.

“Hotel under construction and we were not informed of this. Also, no coffee in morning for continental breakfast. We were there several days and not one day had coffee. Had pot in room, but none for continental breakfast. Milk was spoiled in cartons - no ice on mile or yogurt. Felt should have been informed under construction also.”

• Very easy to get to from highway.
• Lots of remodeling going on so not much parking space available.

• Poor quality, rooms where there was supposed to be a sofa bed no bed was present.

• It was clean and the room was big.
• Location was awful. Hard to get around without car, no food in vicinity. Practically in a wasteland.

“Under construction when I went, so no hot breakfast, and no vending machines. No restaurants in short walking distance, making it impossible if you want to have something to eat that is under $10 like a bag of chips or a burger, you have to order pizza, thats it. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere it seems like, amongst factories and warehouses (near the airport and other hotels, but nothing is going on, nothing to do.) Bus stop is a long monotonous walk. If you do not have a car, don't stay here. If you do have a car your experience would probably be great! Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff.”

“We had no idea that the hotel was under construction until we got there otherwise we wouldn't have stayed there. The desk clerk assured us that they weren't doing construction on our floor, but we woke up to construction on our floor and a crane right outside our window. My husband is asthmatic and the hallways were so clouded from the rooms being gutted that we couldn't get out of there fast enough.”

• Had a microwave and refrigerator. Liked the layout of the room.
• Under construction. Continental breakfast not very good and they ran out of food early. Beds uncomfortable.

• The breakfasts were our favorite part.
• There were a few pushy people (travelers) at breakfast that were rather rude.

“My husband, 14-year-old son and I traveled (in a car) from CA to WI this past summer to visit friends in Hales Corners. We stayed in many hotels during our trip, but this one was the *best* one of the bunch. We tend to be "budget-minded travelers" and we do not travel very often, but as far as I am concerned, this hotel was very family-friendly and staffed with super-nice people. The breakfast that they served each morning was out of this world! Fresh Belgian waffles with fresh strawberries and whipped cream was my son's favorite and he had them every single morning! We left the breakfast room each morning with a smile on our faces. So yummy! The staff was great, the rooms were comfortable and the price was right. We stayed for a total of 6 days. If and when we go back to WI again, we will absolutely, positively stay at this AmeriSuites again.”

“This is a perfect hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Milwaukee. Easy access to the city, airport and most other attractions.”

• The breakfast they offer free" was so nice, not a donut and coffee."
• Our room was so DRY, we could hardly breath. But most hotels are like that unfortunately.

• easy to find, easy to on and off access of exprswy
• could easily hear all sorts of noise from surrounding rooms

“Very average looking building and rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room did come with a micro-wave and refrigerator, but the walls and framework of the rooms were conduits to every noise made in surrounding rooms. Obviously nothing extra was put into soundproofing during construction. Fine for an overnight stay like ours would be more distracting for a lengthy stay.”

“Amerisuites has a fantastic breakfast and it's prepared to order. And there is staff to serve juice and coffee and clear the tables! The size of the rooms are great; it's quite spacious--really like two rooms.”
