• It was located within walking distance of Riverwalk area.
• Valet parking crew had their heads up their asses.

• I like everything about it. I would like to come back again to that hotel.
• I did not like the price of the food. The food to the hotel during the morning was not free.

• Even though it's downtown is across from a lovely park and was a quiet setting. Easy trip to Third Ward and lakefront.
• Parking is away from hotel and had to go around block on one-way streets to get to it.

“This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel. Bed and linens were beautiful and extremely comfortable and I slept well all night. Desk and sofa are nice touches and we had a great view of the park. Would recommend to any traveler to Milwaukee. Quiet spot in spite of being downtown!”

• It's perfect for business travelers - clean, simple and good location.
• The pool area should have a changing room off the pool area. The restaurant should open at 6 am.

• Very comfortable beds.
• Non-smoking hotel with not even a bench outside for a smoker to sit on while going out for a smoke.

“Very nice hotel, great location, friendly staff, comfortable room. Understand and appreciate the whole non-smoking idea. However, felt they could have provided at least a few places to sit outside for the smokers! Even just for guests who want to relax outdoors.”

• It was a very nice hotel.
• Cost of soda's in the machines on the floors.

“Very nice hotel. Was clean, well maintained, bed comfortable, shower pressure good, any requests made were handled immediately and personnel were very courteous and it was close to our seminar. I would recommend it to others and will stay there next time I'm in Milwaukee.”

• Good Location.
• No moderate place to eat dinner near the hotel, $10 -20.

“Good for a short stay. The hotel has great breakfast buffet but, no facilities in the hotel for lunch and dinner. As a plus it is connected to an inside mall so you can go for a walk, shop or have lunch in inclement weather without going out doors. They have an exercise room and a poor.”

• The drop-off area for checking in was difficult to get into.

“Our stay was very nice. The only downside was the view out our window; best described as industrial wasteland. I'd highly recommend using the valet parking service. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll stay there again!”

• Right in Downtown Milwaukee - desk and valet staff great!
• No restaurant for lunch or dinner - no bar service - no room service.

“This is not a hotel I would stay at again due to its lack of a full service restaurant and no bar or room service. It is connected to a shopping mall; however the mall closes at 7 pm on Fridays and does not open until 10 am on Saturdays.”

• Triple sheeting, clean and beautiful, friendly staff.
• Hot tub over chemicaled.

“The hotel is very pleasant, clean and up-to-date, with nice linens and room decor, a good range of cable channels, and a pool and hot tub. On my stay, the hot tub was so overloaded with chemicals that I felt like I was boiling in bleach and my silver rings all corroded, but it was still nice to have a little soak, and I suppose if you're going to error in treating a hotel hot-tub, over-chemical is better than under.”

• My floor - 2nd - was under construction so I didn't get a paper.

“I have stayed at this hotel before and really had a pleasant stay. This time, however, the floor I was assigned was under construction. This meant plaster dust in the hallway and, I assume, no newspaper delivery since I didn't get a paper. It was, however, very quiet.”

• I liked the location and it overlooked a park and seemed very private for being downtown.
• There was a parking charge of $15 for self park & $18 for valet park.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It has a very good location as it is attached to the Grand Ave. Mall and it over looks a park. We were able to park in the street rather than pay for parking as it was the weekend and the meters were not enforced. It was an excellent value.”

• There is a mall located right next to it.
• Needed to check Email, children stayed on the computer for over an hour.

“This hotel was great. Staff was great. I needed an extra blanket and they came quick. I will stay in this hotel again and recommend it to others. However if you have a large SUV or truck don't let valet park it ours was damaged. The bad part about it was they didn't tell us when it happened; we did a walk around as usual and saw it.”

• No Bar on site. Disorganized Parking/Valet Service one hour to and at check out time.

“Hotel offers excellent location for Milwaukee Downtown. Business travelers will find lack of wireless access in room areas lacking. There is also no lounge on site. Watch the Valet parking service; the vehicle just ahead of mine came back with thousands of dollars of damage due to a close meeting a concrete pole and no one at the hotel knew how to handle the problem for the guests.”

“This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee near the Bradley Center and Performing Arts Center, within easy walking distance. The rear of the lobby is an entrance to an indoor shopping mall with food court. There are other restaurants, again within easy walking distance in the immediate area. The hotel itself was clean and the room comfortable. There is a dining room on the premises but serves only breakfast (possible lunch) although there is an all night food and beverage in the lobby area next to the front desk. You select your food items and then pay for them at the front desk. Parking is in the same building but you must leave the main lobby area to get to an elevator which takes you to the parking area, a slight inconvenience. All in all it was an enjoyable stay. Good value for the money. I'd stay there again.”

• Thai hotel was located in Adjacent to a shopping District and "old town" area of Milwaukee.
• The only thing that I found I didnt agree with had to pay additional $15.00 per night to park at the hotel.

“The hotel lobby, pool and exercise areas were very clean and with modern equipment and furnishings. The room was also very clean and my room had a view of a city park across the street decorated for the Christmas holiday. The building is in Downtown Milwaukee among some old historic looking buildings, which I personally enjoy looking at that type of architecture. I didn't care for having to pay the hotel extra for being able to park my personal vehicle there during my stay but otherwise I would recommend this hotel to others.”

“This hotel is confidently located in downtown Milwaukee. It is attached to the grand aver. Mall and about a mile from Marquette university. The rooms and common areas are newly up dated, clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.”

• Great location In the center of Milwaukee yet peaceful.
• There are several hotels In the area that seemed nicer for not much more money.

“Nice being next to the mall but the grand avenue seems to be going down hill a bit. The pool area at the Marriott Is sub par. A fairy hotel overall at a competitive rate. Nice staff besides the grumpy "night guy." next time will spend more for a little nicer place. No regrets.”

“Good locations. Rooms are small but effective. Served breakfast but closed for anything else. Order in only. Parking close but unregulated properly, since the car was damaged in 2 places. Staff very helpful. Washing machine made noise, but needed two. Would stay again.”

• The smell of the cleaning fluid was suffocating.

“The design of the room was excellent. The beds are far from the door so the hall noise is very minimal. The negative side is the smell; the smell of cleaning fluid is so strong in the hall ways that is hard to breath.”

• It has a great location to downtown shopping, restaurants and the best bars!
• Warning: it costs $15 to park in the hotel parking ramp!

“At first sight, the room was beautiful. However, looking closer we noticed that there was garbage still in the garbage can. We also had to call twice to get extra blankets and pillows. Room service never answered their phone.”

“My stay here was great. The decor of the room was nice and warm. I felt very comfortable here. Also, the fact that the hotel was connected to the grand avenue mall made my stay even more enjoyable. I was able to do the majority of my shopping and dining without having to go outside in the snow.”

• The mattresses.
• No king when we called and confirmed k, no smoking and didnt know.

“We were told we would get a king size bed but we did not, the hotel website stated all rooms had kitchenettes and we had just 2 beds, a TV and small desk (not unlike any 1 star hotel) but I must admit the mattresses were very comfortable.”
