• Large room with a great bed.
• Ants around the whirlpool.

“This is a great hotel for the money and is close to the airport and a short 7 minute drive to downtown. Large room, great bed, free computer with internet access in the lobby. Pool is large with a nice size whirlpool. We have stayed here several times and this is the first time we saw ants by the whirlpool.”

• I liked the size and layout of the room.

“This hotel is excellent for business and leisure travelers alike. There are moderately priced restaurants in the area and it is close to the airport. Even though I could see the airport from my window, there was not very much noise. The added plus is the access to public transportation which is only a very short walk from the front door. When visiting the Milwaukee area again, this will be on my list of hotels.”

“Great hotel in a great location at a great price. I have stayed in 3 star properties in this area. Spacious clean rooms, quiet with mini fridge and comfortable beds. A great place to stay.”

• Just ok.
• They checked what we paid and put us next to the stairs.

“I thought it was a good location but the front desk clerk looked up and then put us in the room right next to the stairs. Up until 11pm we could hear children running up and down the hallways and stairwells. I didn't think the hotel had access to what we paid.”

• Clean, convenient location, and close restaurants.
• Small parking lot.

“Had 5 rooms. They only provided 3 double knowing we were in a group of 19 people. When we asked about having all double rooms we were denied.”

• Fresh looking. Friendly staff. Nice pool and whirlpool area. Close to airport.
• Hotel walls between rooms are not soundproof, could nearly hear almost everything.

“This hotel appears to have been a previous brand hotel that was recently converted to a HI. As such the update is recent and gives the hotel a fresh, clean look. The staff was friendly. The pool and game area is big, airy, clean and comfortable. Room was spacious, but you could nearly hear every noise from adjacent rooms.”

• Beautiful interior design.
• Stiff beds, cold rooms, no free breakfast.

“I'm not sure why this one doesn't as they seem to have copied everything else about Country Inn and Suites.”

• Very comfortable bed, quiet, laundry facility on site.
• The pool and Jacuzzi were not available to use-very disappointed.

“Other than the pool being unavailable, the hotel was excellent. Helpful staff, clean comfy, quiet, good location. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Friendly staff.
• You can hear everything in adjoining rooms. Don't stay here if you're a light sleeper.

“The hotel was adequate, and most of the staff was helpful. When we complained about smears (really disgusting) on the shower curtain, housekeeping replaced the curtain immediately. The biggest downside to this place is that you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to yours. Even if your neighbors are relatively quiet, you can hear their entire phone conversations, coughing, TV, etc. Don't stay here if you're a light sleeper, or value your privacy.”

• Very close to airport.
• In the middle of a remodel  lots of chemical smells.

“We were originally put in a smoking room, and when I called the front desk he told me they couldn't move us. I insisted, and eventually he moved us to a non-smoking suite. We were only there for a few hours to nap before a flight, but it was still important to me that they were willing to accommodate us.”

“Microwave-dorm size fridge were added plus for leisure travelers. If room air conditioner did not cycle off for such long periods of time our stay would have been much more positive.”

“They said when we call we would have 2 double beds and handicapped assayable room. When we got there they only had a suite. It had 1 queen bed and a couch. So someone had to sleep on the couch.”

“We arrived at 4:45 to check in; because they told us check in was 3:00. They had 1 room available only, not the 2 we paid for. They said they were still cleaning our other room and that it should be 5 minutes and they would call us when it was ready. They never called. I called back an hour later and she lied to me again and said it was still being cleaned. I went down 30 minutes later and only after I took the card for gm and sales manager did anything happen - the gm came out personally to apologize and make excuses why his staff lied to me and broke their agreement. We ended up having to hang around until 6:30 to get our room finally. The maid was also yelling profanity at the top of her lungs in the elevator, which was nice for my parents to have to suffer through. Wildly unprofessional staff, I would never stay there again, even though the rooms were nicely appointed.”

• Room was very clean and well maintained. Hotel was quiet and inviting.
• Desk clerk at check in was too busy on the phone to attune completely to our check in. Phone call was personal.

“Over all very nice and we would welcome to come back. Lobby, hallways, room and other amenities were very well maintained. I would recommend a chat with the young man who was to check us in. He was busy with two personal phone calls and not tending to our check in. I had to ask our room number after we received our key card, instead of him providing it. Other than this, all was very well and we enjoyed our stay.”

• Clean, rooms smelled clean too.
• There is air control on wall, but couldn't use it. It was 70 until it went completely off at night.

“They kid you by having a wall unit to air condition or heat rooms. It was 70 but we like it cooler at night. I turned it down to 67, but 2 hours later it was back to 70. I learned it goes back to 70 in about 15 seconds after you "adjust' it. Then in the middle of the night it went off altogether and I couldn't get it to work. We were very uncomfortable and didn't call the desk because we didn't want to be disturbed, had to be up at 5a.m.”

• Extremely clean, newer facility, free parking.
• Could have been cheaper.

“Clean, super location, friendly staff. Even though its near the airport, I never heard one single airplane. Good location for fast food restaurants as well. Grocery store less than one mile away. Had refrigerator and microwave. A real plus!”
