“Being a customer of Priceline for some time now and have stayed at many many hotels I have never taken the time to write a review, until NOW. Although it was an error made by Priceline and booked the wrong date, once we got to the hotel and were ready to check in the hotel would not honor us the date change even after they checked the previous night was a "no show" asked us to call Priceline since it was booked through a third party. Once we did Maria (which did NOT want us to provide a last name) was rude impolite and simply disengaged. When we asked to speak to her supervisor, she said there weren't any that day. They originally offered us to extend our stay; after 30 minutes of going back and forth and keep saying there was nothing "Maria" could do, I said just extend it and "Maria" said oh that is no longer available. We were pretty much thrown out of the hotel and left out on the cold with nowhere to spend the night. We were forced to book another night in a diff hotel. I WILL NEVER stay at a Hilton hotel again.”

• The room was large and quiet.
• Parking and access were difficult.

“The location was great relative to nearby attractions, but the access and parking were difficult. The layout of our particular suite made it very quiet - we were unlikely to be disturbed by hallway noise. They claim to also have a firm no party policy to keep things down. Beds and pillows were excellent, room was nice and clean, pool and exercise room looked good. For business or nearby shopping this was all perfect.”

• I liked the helpfulness of the staff, the room was very nice quality and the atrium was beautiful.

• The location to shopping, fine dining and theater was outstand!
• They forgot to check for room service tags for breakfast so we missed our meal.

• Newly renovated clean microwave and fridge in room 2 TV's living room full bathroom with bath tube and shower.
• A lot of kids and families where staying at the hotel but that's ok.

• Great hotel for the price. Hotel is being remodeled and upgrades are being made.
• Parking lot was too small and toilets run loud and you can hear them all night.

“This will be a very nice hotel when all the upgrades are made. It uses to be the Drury Inn. I would stay there again for the price.”

• It was very convenient and an unexpected luxury to have the suite.
• It was a little difficult to identify the entrance to the building and where I was supposed to park. No one offered help with my luggage.

“I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this hotel. I knew there would be a fridge and microwave, but did not expect two large screen TV, the luxurious bathroom, and the spaciousness. I was very disappointed that I was only staying for one night. My kids liked it too. It was a very pleasant experience.”

• That they encourage quite hours for a good night stay.

“We really enjoyed our stay, it was family friendly, the 2 room suite was very spacious. The quite hours were really appreciated, since we had an early start the next morning.”

• Large suite with lots of space.
• Had double beds which are too small for two adults.

“Excellent hotel. The place was clean, comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Parking was a little sparse as there was a wedding or some type of event going on next door. The room was great, much more than expected. Had a separate tub and shower. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Only request I would make is to not have a room on the side by the highway.”

• Cleanliness of the hotel: lobby, rooms, pool; very fresh look and feel.
• Couldn't get into the first room - the automatic door lock jammed.

“The hotel exceeded my expectations for a 3 start hotel! The week before I stayed at Hyatt Regency O'Hare and that hotel (despite the 4 star rating) felt very old and tired compared to the Hilton Suites. Pleasantly surprised by the architecture and the fresh feel. Very comfortable stay despite the painting work going on outside of the main entrance. Too bad I couldn't extend my stay for another day.”

• Suites were great and it was quiet despite being by an interstate.
• No lotion in the room despite a placard advertising it.

• Very enjoyable experience. classy and well laid out.
• I ordered room service and nobody answered. I went down personally and the manager or the restaurant was fair at best. The food.

“Family friendly and very safe environment. The rooms are classic Hilton style. It's easy access to stores that are unmatched around the country and the Windy City is a stones throw away. You'll find the surroundings very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful overall.”

• The pleasing atmosphere as you enter. The quality of linens and furniture.
• The air conditioning did not cool the bedroom well, the outer rooms were cool but the bedroom was stuffy.

“Great hotel for the price. All, but two employees were very friendly, courteous and helpful. We at in the botel bar and grill the first evening of our stay. We only had burgers but the burgers were great. A little pricey but no more than you would expect for a luxury hotel. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel and we would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.”

• Maid staff coming into room at 7:30 A.M. without knocking. WTF!

• New, modern, upscale.
• Parking was a bit tight at times.

“This hotel was beautiful, the staff could not have been more friendly, and the suite was roomy and neat. The parking was a little tight on one night but that may have been due to an entertainment event adjacent to the hotel. I would highly recommend the hotel for any traveler.”

• I liked that it was a suite and had a renovated bathroom.
• The appearance from the outside was worn and could use renovation.

“The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room wound up being quite nice and spacious, very comfortable bed and nicely re-done bathroom. I was not thrilled that they still charge for internet at a hotel that seems to appeal to the business traveler. All in all a very pleasant experience.”

“I have stayed at Hilton hotels quite often during business and leisure trips. I find comfort in staying in a Hilton hotel when I travel alone on business trips. Unfortunately, on Saturday I extended my stay by one night, and desk clerk indicated the rate. When I checked out on Monday they charged double the amount I was told it would be. After much conversation and debate the desk clerk stated she made a mistake and she had already addressed this with her.”

• The bed was very comfortable and the separate shower was nice.
• My major disappointment was that Wi-Fi was not free.

“The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was pricey so I didn't eat at the hotel. Wi-Fi should have free or not so expensive. The staff was very friendly.”

• After I complained about the smell of smoke in the room, I was promptly brought a key to another room which met my expectations.
• I received a call about if I needed housekeeping service. I told them that I only needed towels but no one came to the room that day.

“Overall appearance of the hotel was excellent. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I definitely would not mind staying at this hotel again.”

“It was a very nice motel in area with a nice mall and restaurants close by. Finding it and the parking was not as convenient but I would recommend it to anyone. The 2 room suites were very comfortable and a nice place to relax.”
