• The breakfast buffet was superb.
• The room was small.

“Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, we felt very "safe and secure" in this location, very upscale, high class town. Great restaurant selection in area, especially "Emmy's" large portions, fair prices and divine food! Will definitely stay at this hotel again but will get bigger suite! The courtyard was very quiet, romantic with lights at night, hot tub was relaxing. Breakfast buffet far exceeded our expectations!”

• Staff accommodated our request for a quiet room. Good breakfast buffet.
• No elliptical machine in workout room.

• "rich" color scheme. Nice courtyard!.
• Used soap bar (hair) left in shower.

“Convenient location but very commercial area. Pleasant "mid-level" accommodations. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!”

• Clean, friendly, safe, attractive, pool, spa, free breakfast buffet, 2 free drinks in lounge.
• No elevator service was the only drawback, great overall.

“I thought it was very clean and overall great for the price and location. The parking lot and area are very safe, with restaurants close by as well. There was an indoor pool and spa, and exercise room. The staff was very friendly as well. The rooms were spacious enough for me, and I would recommend this hotel. It was very cozy.”

• Best breakfast in the area.
• Hot tub area too confining And noisy jets too strong.

“For the money, this is the best location, easy in and out for most services, best breakfast in the area, and the rooms are always clean, and "homey". Great bed, sheets are nice and soft and pillows come in three "weights", light, medium and hard. Great place!”

• The price and location were perfect. We were close to attractions and restaurants.
• The room smelled like smoke at times.

“Overall, it was excellent. The hot tub was a little tepid, but the kids loved it. The courtyard was beautiful and the breakfast was excellent. We couldn't have ask for a nicer area or a friendlier staff. Very impressed.”

• Nice pool & hot tub, great room.
• Towels not available at poolside.

“Our room was large, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bed was big & comfy, the pool and hot tub were just down the hall, and the complimentary hot breakfast was decent. It would have been nice if there were hours when the pool were open to adults, and not to the kids.”

• Hot breakfast, beautiful pool, nice rooms.
• A/C vent in room was very dirty. Could smell smoke in our non smoking room.

“The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast is the best we've seen. The pool area was beautiful.”

• The two room suite had a microwave and fridge. The location was quiet and easy to drive too.
• The pool area was rather small and could be quite noisy.

“Nice value hotel especially if you take advantage of the free breakfast buffet, which was very nice. Location was easy to drive too and a couple of miles to the train station for a ride (although 45 minutes could get tiring) into Chicago.”

• Hot tub is too noisy, jets are too high and messy!

“I have stayed there several times now due to the great location and outstanding breakfast! The manager reception in the evening is not that great for food but you get two free drinks so that is nice. The Jacuzzi is in a secluded room, too loud to have a conversation with others when on, the jets are too high and splash you behind your neck and head, not conducive to relax. The rooms are great, excellent beds, TV reception and lineup is ok but could be better, the free computer use in the lobby is great for checking emails, etc. but they do have hookups in the room. Very nice all around experience.”
