• Good service and helpful staff, close to restaurants and Brookfield Zoo.
• The room was noisy (front of the building) because of a very busy road.

“This was a good easy and cheap place to stay, but stay in the back of the building unless you like sleeping next to a loud road.”

• We were able to put our two older (5 and 3) children on the sofa bed at night and then fold it up during the day making for lots of space.
• The pool had a lot of chlorine, more than I thought necessary.

“It was great. It happened to be very close to our relatives. We had a hard time turning out of the hotel since we needed to go left, but we ended up taking a u-turn most days. The parking is a little tight, but we always managed to find a space. We were traveling with two children and two babies. We had plenty of space and loved being able to fold up the couch and have a whole room for a play area. They have eggs, waffles and other continental assortments at breakfast which was great for the kids.”

• The staff was wonderful and caring after our accident.
• We liked everything.

“The hotel was wonderful. We had an accident at 3:00 p.m. on the day we were supposed to arrive at the hotel (police have a report), and were unable to travel to the hotel until the next day.”

• Belgian waffles available for breakfast was huge.
• The walls were pretty thin so you could hear your neighbors at times.

• Convenient to our wrestling tournament venue.
• The pool was closed and we were not made aware of this prior to the stay.

“The hotel was clean, rooms were nice. I am sure the pool would be nice if it was open! I think the Motel 6 just a couple of blocks away would been just as nice, free continental breakfast.”

• Separate bedroom allowed kids to go to be early and us to stay up.
• Furniture in disarray and not organized. Very loud furnace. Noisy road traffic.

“The hotel itself was decent. The suites were great allowing us to put small children to bed early and enjoy the evening in the living section. The parking was horrible as there is a large single drive and little parking on the west side of the hotel. I am pretty sure the hotel allows the next door bar to park in the little spaces there are available. Inside the room, the furnace was very noisy; the furniture was slammed in there in no real order. Overall it met our needs but some planning by the hotel staff would be welcomed to organize the parking and the room decor.”

• I did like the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
• I thought the suite was a little small and the water pressure in the showers was very weak.

“Overall I thought for the price it was a nice a hotel. If I had to complain about something it would be the water pressure in the shower. However, I would stay there again.”

• Excellent front desk staff; very good breakfast as well.
• No steps into pool just ladders on the side of it.

“This room was excellent for travel with young children. There was a room divider between the sitting area and the sleeping area and a television in each area. This arrangement allowed for putting children to bed while still having a separate area for parents. In addition, the room provides a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.”

• The free breakfast was quite good, and the fact that the room was a suite was very helpful.
• The swimming pool was extremely cold and the staff said they could not make it warmer by order of the health dept, which I do not believe at all.

“This hotel is about average, a little lower in quality than I expected (the carpet in the room seemed very dirty and the pool area wasn't up to par). The hotel staffs however were very friendly and helpful when asked - for example my baby got sick and they were very quick to bring new bedding and pillows.”
