• Clean and updated rooms.
• The shower and bath area got left off of the remodel.

• The front desk clerk was very nice and courteous.
• When we arrived into our room the floor was filled with spilled garbage all over which gave us the impression the room had not been cleaned.

“Overall, our stay for the weekend turned out to be ok in spite of the first impression from the dirty room. The front desk clerk was more than willing to change our room once we told her the 1st room we checked into had garbage all over the floor. She explained that housekeeping was not available during the hours we checked in but she could change our rooms. We changed rooms and were satisfied with the room once we got settled for the evening. It was more frustrating when we first arrived with a dirty room because it was late and we were not looking forward to changes with our rooms due to filthiness. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary so we made the best of it in the end and was able to get pass the 1st night of unexpected changes.”

• It was above clean. It offered everything you could imagine.
• Nothing.

“We were only at this hotel for one night but I wished we could have stayed longer. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful. There was a fitness room that was great. The Kitchen included everything including plates, bowls and cups. I hope to stay here again!”

“It has been very good experience each time until this one. It was unbelievably filthy. It was very difficult to find the hotel. Bad location.”

• No one answered the phone when we tried to call the front desk and no one was in the lobby - there was a cage pulled down across the counter. No help.

• The price was good.
• Staff wasn't very friendly, no pillows for pullout.

“Nobody at front desk when checked in. waited about 10 min. needed to use hide-a-bed and went to front desk for extra pillows - no clean ones avail.”

• Didn't Get shot at.
• No elevator at night trash on stairwells.

“I stayed on fourth floor and returned after 11 PM to an elevator that wasn't turned on ,walked up the stairs and there was full trash bags in the stairwell. So long story short if I ever choose 1 star again I am going to prep myself with a lot of KY first.”
