• Location is good.
• Pool was closed, too loud because of to many children.

• Good price.
• The linens are terrible and the bathroom needs a facelift.

“Can't agree that this hotel is 3.5 stars. The hotel is a bit old and needs to be remodeled and linens replaced. Not acceptable when the sheets don't fully cover the matress.”

• Easy access.
• Front desk was not accomodating.

“When checking in the front desk would not accommodate a king size bed & the hotel was not sold out. The 3rd day of the trip a dog show was starting in the hotel allowing dogs to stay in the rooms. We were told about this at check in and my husband is allergic to dogs so this was extremely uncomfortable for him as you could smell the dogs, and his allergies were affected.”

“Our room was clean and decent but was in need of updating, and the bathroom as well. We had no real issues with this place as the staff was nice, the room was clean and decent. They could make the rooms more sound proof as well but all-in-all a decent place.”

“Standard items missing in room. Hair in my bed. Pubic hairs in bathroom. Needed a fridge for certain medications & they wanted $15 for fridge. Never had a hotel charge me for this. Business center not private & all open. Front desk staff was very good.”

• The room was spacious and was a great value.
• The carpet was worn and needed replacement. Also, there was garbage in the closet.

• Not much.
• The bathroom smelled bad, toilet paper in the toilet, bath rug in the shower, stains on the sheets.

“Smelled musty and the air conditioner leaked onto the carpet all night. Said the rooms were newly renovated not in my opinion. The bed was also very uncomfortable.”

• Large clean room with easy parking.
• Thin walls. Our nieghbor came in late (midnight), slammed the door, cranked up the TV volume.

“The hotel was very clean. We enjoyed having the Starbucks Coffee on site. The beds were very comfortable. The walls I think were quite thin. Our neighbor was very disrespectful of the people around him. When we checked in and out the staff was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I would stay again, but request a quiet room.”

• Room was very nice.
• There were a lot of kids crowding the elevator at closing time of the water park.

“The hotel was nice but with a water park it was very crowded on the elevator and in the lobby. Hotel staff was accommodating and the rooms were nice and comfortable.”

• Very spacious, over-sized room. Great in-door water park!
• Lack of attention to detail in regards to cleanliness of room; coffee and coffee cups not restocked.

“Room size was very spacious, well beyond standard. Well appointed lobby/dining/bar area. Friendly staff and speedy check-in. Excellent water park-great entertainment for kids. Cleanliness of room and attention to detail has room for improvement.”

• Attached to a water park, with too any kids running all over the hotel, and up and down the hallways.

“Clean, and staff was OK. This hotel is attached to a water park, and was very loud with kids running up and down the halls and all over the hotel. Moving me to another floor or room was not an option, as the kids were on every floor. During the week, this hotel would be much more quiet. I like kids, but this was way too much noise early in the morning and late at night.”

• Customer service is incredible, when we were moved room was amazing.
• Noise level in rooms can hear all.

“Staff was amazing and changed my view of this visit they addressed our issues we had. Do not stay on the 3 or 4th floor if traveling alone or with your spouse because it is a water park hotel. make sure your bed sheet covers the whole mattress housekeeping does not do so great of a job.”

• Full service hotel.
• Parking. I drove in but was very far away from front desk, which was on the other side of the building.

“Great hotel, full service, lots of amenities, Starbucks open early on a Sunday was very nice. I had a problem with noise very early in the morning and the staff took care of the problem. While I did not sleep very well because of the noise I was impressed on how the hotel staff took care of it.”

“The hotel was great, less than a mile off the interstate, very easy to find. The only problem with the hotel is the parking, they have a huge indoor water park, and so if you leave the hotel and come back during the day, good luck finding parking, they need to have designated parking for their hotel guests.”

“I had my wedding reception here 16 years ago and my expectations were high. I was very pleased to see how well the hotel has been maintained. Everything has been kept up to date and the quality of the service was great. I would love to go back again soon.”

• The value was excellent.

“I think the hotel would be a more quiet place on weekdays when the adjacent water park would most likely be less busy. We stayed on a Saturday night following a holiday. It was very busy and lots of noise. Hard to get a good nights rest.”

• Excellent bar and friendly bartender.
• Noisy, thin walls, dirty hallways.

“This hotel has a great location, right next to the intertate and only a few miles from the Metra station. The lobby bar had a great bartender and large crisp televisions. The hotel itself was noisy and full of teenagers, most likely due to the water park attached. The hallways, especially around the elevators, were dirty and appeared to have not been vacuumed for a long time. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors all night long.”

• I loved the big, heated pool. Very relaxing.
• My room was nothing to be desired. One bed looked like it hadn't even been made. There was stuff all over the bathroom walls and floors no vacuumed.

• Location! Close to Legoland Discovery Center and shopping.
• Air conditioner did not work well, needs to be updated.

• The water park was very nice! And the restaurant was very good, but very expensive!
• The paper thin walls and the beds were too soft.

“I think that the hotel should put all the children on the lower levels and couples on the upper levels. The reason for this, is so that you wont hear all the commotion with the kids running to and from the game room and the water park!”

• Not child safe, no free wireless, no cheap breakfast options.

“Not happy with this hotel. The room was okay, but the window opened so far that I could have jumped out of it (we were on the 8th floor). The staff acted concerned, but I didn't see any actions taken. No free wireless ($10 a day), no less expensive option for food. I expect way more from a 3 star hotel. I will not stay in this hotel again.”

• Spacious and clean, with Starbucks in the lobby and a great pool.
• No shuttle to O'Hare!

“Staff was courteous and the rooms were adequate. Large lobby with plenty of comfortable seating and large screen TV. Excellent indoor pool and workout facility. Love having a Starbucks in the lobby and large gift shop. This hotel has an indoor water park for the kids. Room service was prompt and food was very good. I will go to this hotel again.”

• The rooms were fantastic. We loved the Starbucks.
• Staff seemed a little preoccupied and uninterested.

“This hotel offers an amazing value for the price of the rooms. We loved the room decor and accommodations - especially the extra dressing room attached to the bathrooms! We ate in the restaurant at night and thought the food was fantastic and priced at a very affordable level.”

• AC did not completely cool room, no matter what setting. I overheard another guest state the same thing.

“I would not call it a 4 star hotel. The room did have a damp smell to them. I would rate 2.5 to 3 star hotel.”

• The location was convenient; check-in was easy. The bathroom was large and separate from the room itself.
• The room was not very clean; the floor was dirty and there were long hairs on the bed linens.

“The hotel itself is nice - Starbucks in the lobby; convenient location; large parking lot. Our room was large and the bathroom/closet was separate from the room so as not to disturb others who might still be sleeping. However, our room was dirty. Not filthy but unkempt. The floor had stuff on it, including a wad of chewing gum. The bed linens had long black hairs on one side, probably from the cleaning person. Overall, it was an ok experience. But from a germ freaks point of view.”

• Excellent location. Rooms were great, comfortable.
• All was great except stains on sheets. Perhaps washed but didn't come out.

“Location and amenities of this hotel were wonderful. Initially at check-in the gal at the front desk was not overly friendly or accommodating and was bordering on rude, but another front desk associate stepped in and was able to assist us and all worked out wonderfully. I would return to the Sheraton Arlington heights in a minute. Excellent for leisure, business or family travel.”

• Right off the highway.

“This hotel had a parking lot that was somewhat far from the front entrance, the front desk was on the other side of the front entrance, the one male front desk person was very rude and I would never recommend anyone to stay here.”

“The only problem I had was that I found a drop of blood on the sheet so I knew it was not changed before I came, luckily there were two beds and I only needed one so I switched beds.”

• Spread out, lots of walking to room.

“An older property that has been kept up fairly well. Stands alone with no other restaurants or services within sight. Kind of noisy and the walls seem thin. Good for kids with the attached water park.”
