• Quiet location but close to town. Wonderful complimentary breakfast
• Employee unfamiliar with how their chain membership program works

• Good problem solving.
• Air conditioning did not work. Got new room.

“The Mariott Extended Stay experience was all in all fine. With a bit more overall caretaking prior to selling rooms, this would definitely be a great mainstay for travelers to Green Bay for both long and short stays. Unfortunately, my first room did not have a functioning air conditioning unit, so I had to switch rooms. The second room did not have a functioning micro wave. These things should be checked out prior to having guests stay. While the initial issue was solved by a room switch, it was an inconvenience nonetheless.”

• The room was wonderful for the price.
• It was not close to the downtown area.

“This hotel was much better than was expected! The room was very large and clean and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!”

“This was a great place to stay because you have plenty of room, and a kitchen, so you can eat some of your meals in instead of out. Also, they have a great breakfast that is free with your room”

“The room was great, the pool was super. Clean and bright. Shower was awful, no pressure and could not get hot enough. Spoke to front desk clerk who was very accommodating and apologetic. Hopefully, maintenance can repair/replace water heater.”
