• Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and afternoon snacks nice touch. Very close to wood field, restaurants and movies.
• Television was dated.

“I was very happy with our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the price was reasonable, and the location was excellent. It was perfect for a 2 day shopping trip.”

• Clean, friendly, lots of extras: trolley for shopping, hot breakfast, happy hour.
• Nothing was unsatisfactory.

“Our stay at Quality Inn was perfect! Friendly staff, very clean, quality breakfast, safe and quiet. The trolley to the shopping areas was a welcomed extra, as was the complimentary happy hour.”

• Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was good.
• The bathroom was tiny.

“The staff were all very friendly. The room was nice and clean plus very quiet. It was nice seeing both a microwave and fridge in the rooms even though we didn't use them. The breakfast was one of the best continentals that I've seen.”

• The breakfast bar was everything promised, appreciated the in room refrigerator and microwave.
• TV picture was fuzzy; some channels did not come in well enough to watch.

“The snack service in the evening was great. The breakfast bar in the morning was wonderful. It was kept well stocked, everything was fresh. The staff kept the lounge area where everyone ate cleaned up. The whole hotel was very clean and quiet, even the night when it was full.”

• I like the friendliness of the front desk staff.
• I did not like the fact that some of the members of the house keeping staff could not understand English.

• Room was clean, maids did great job.
• False advertising where amenities are listed.

“Huge unconvinced, No shuttle to/from O'Hare or to mall, had to take city bus! No popcorn, ever, soft drinks till 7pm, Not 10 PM, refrigerator did not get cold, no local phone book in rooms, no one hour free long distance per day as stated. Front desk staff was ignorant and rude. Had scheduled a late check out which they forgot to record, then called room asking why we were still there. Very displeased!”

• The large free breakfast and free happy hour with snacks each night was super!
• The hotel room was very small.

“The hotel overall was great. Great location with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub was clean, the lobby was clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Housekeeping staff did not empty or clean the coffee pot in room or throw away empty pop cans.

• The Quality Inn has amazing, friendly, helpful staff and the location is excellent and very convenient off the highway!
• The pool area needs a public women's and men's bathroom with showers/locker room for guests to shower before entering pool/hot tub. Also needs a sauna.

“The Quality Inn is in an excellent location, right off 290, walking distance to Woodsfield, Game Works, and the movie theatre, amongst other restaurants and bars. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with directions to the train stations, how they worked and info on the lovely city of Chicago! Would definitely stay again! THANK YOU!”

• Very accommodating. Very clean and a great bargain!
• The room and the bathroom were rather on the small side.

“Our stay was great, a very clean and quiet facility. Nice pool area. Good breakfast with a great selection of food. The dining area was very well maintained. The 6 year old became ill very early in the day. I called the hotel to see if we could check in early and they were very helpful. Gave us a room immediately upon arrival. They saved the day!”

• The location to shopping and the freeway was great as was the restraint selection.
• The beds were not very comfortable.

“The hotel was great and the breakfast was included and really good and the food was great too. They need new beds. Please clean the hot tub and pool more often.”

• Cannot think of anything.

“Staff helpful on phone and in person. We had a lovely continental breakfast every morning (real food, not just donuts and juice). Rooms (especially bathroom) were very clean and new.”

• We really loved the cleanliness and the free morning breakfast!
• Maybe the room size.

“I was very impressed with this Hotel in many different areas. First being the staff. What a friendly group of staff from the check in all the way to the room maids. Very professional and very friendly (they even made us maps to destinations such as restaurants and Shedd Aquarium for us)! Also, the whole Hotel was impressively clean and clutter free. Ice machine was always full of ice and it was a packed house the two days we stayed. And it was nice to see the laundry area was always clean and lint and dust balls were not evident! Our room was immaculate and smelled clean. The rooms are small as well as the bathroom but for the price and comfort/cleanliness/ location I was willing to ignore that feature. Mall was across the street as well as a Target and a very nice movie theater. It was easy on and off to go to Chicago. Oh! And the best part was their complimentary breakfast was a real breakfast! There were eggs, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal, waffles that you make. Fruit, milk, French toast, sausage, orange juice, and coffee; man I hope I remembered everything! Impressive! At night you get 3 free drinks per adult and Chips pretzels, popcorn and soda for the kids! We will be back I promise! Staff for recommending Ginos pizza! We had a great stay! I hope you try this place out!”

• Housekeeping repaired excessively running toilet valve without instruction--Very Good.
• Desk chair had tacks slightly protruding on chair back - snagged pants several times.
