• Rooms were quiet, staff very friendly, close to airport.
• Difficult to access north interstate.

• The room we stayed had a few cob webs in the ceiling and it did not smell fresh.

• The layout of the hotel was nice and the room size fully accommodated two large adults with ease.
• St. Night too close to stairwell.

“I love the idea of having extra amenities available such as the stove, microwave and fridge. The staff agreed to a late check out for me since I had a flight out of order at 3:45.”

• Upon arrival, greeted by friendly, helpful staff.
• Could only use main entrance to get to elevators; handicap-accessible rooms are provided to guests who are not handicap.

“Our overall experience at this hotel was very satisfactory; however, I feel that handicap-accessible rooms should be reserved specifically for the handicapped. It just so happens that we were provided with a room that was clearly furnished to accommodate those with special needs.”

• The kitchen in the room was convenient for making meals and the hot breakfast that was provided by the hotel was excellent.
• The temperature of the exercise room was 78 degrees.

“The hotel was very nice and convenient. Having the kitchen area in the room was nice for making meals. Lots of amenities! The hot breakfast that was provided by the hotel was excellent! Definitely would recommend this hotel!”

• Towels and shower not as clean as they should have been.

“Other than the towels and shower not meeting cleanliness standards, this was a wonderful place to stay. Once the staff was notified of our concerns they took action immediately. We will most likely stay here again.”

• Clean, upscale, better than expected.
• Bed sheets were wrinkled and smelled of someone else's perfume, I was able to get sheets to change myself.

“I was pleased with this hotel. Very good quality nice facility. Only problem was I think the maids cut corners when they clean. My bed sheets looked and smelled as if they had not been changed, I had to change them myself, but everything else was superb.”

• They upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite for free! Also, a hot breakfast buffet is included!
• Nothing to report.

“This is a beautiful home away from home. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with a fireplace and 2 bathrooms. It also had a small kitchen with dishes and pots/pans etc.. The complimentary breakfast had many choices and was very good. Overall we got way more than we expected!”

• The room was comfortable with a kitchenette and lounge area.
• Upon arrival an hour before scheduled check-in, the desk clerk responded unwelcomingly when asked about early check in.

“Nice quiet location among great shopping and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and well kept. The complimentary breakfast and pool facility topped off this good hotel stay.”

• Our room was very spacious and the small kitchen was very nice to have.
• I honestly couldn't think of anything I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

“The hotel was in a very nice part of town and was very easy to find. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the outside as well as the inside of the hotel. Our room was immaculate and our overall experience was outstanding.Thank you”

• The location was great and the price was excellent.
• The bed was hard as a rock and we did not sleep well and the pool was dirty.

“We liked the hotel. The pool, however, was not kept up very well. The smell of clhorine was overpowering. My husband, who was certified in pool maintenance and upkeep, said when this happens it's either because too many chemicals are in the pool or the pool chemicals have been used up due to the pool being dirty and full of urine. As a result, we were unable to use the pool and feel it should have been closed until someone checked the chemical levels to be sure it was safe.”
